The doormen and bell staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming. They were always smiling and greeted us with a warm “hello” and “thank you” throughout our stay. 😊 The bedroom was clean and comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The bed was just the right level of softness for me, so I slept very well. 🛏️ The bathroom was nicely separated into dry and wet areas. I also loved being able to soak in the bathtub while enjoying the city view. My favorite part was definitely the excellent water pressure! 👍🏻 The room amenities were complete, and if you need more drinking water, you can simply request more from the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the service. 😊

If you drive an electric vehicle, think twice before staying here. EV owners are clearly treated as second-class guests. The designated EV parking is located in an area used for garbage storage, far from the main building. If it rains, you’ll likely get soaked just walking back and forth to the hotel or restaurant. Meanwhile, the covered parking inside the building is off-limits to EVs, even when there are plenty of empty spaces available. What makes this even more disappointing is that I’ve been visiting this hotel for over three years and have raised this issue during every stay. Despite repeated feedback, nothing has changed. It seems customer experience is simply not a priority for the management. To be fair, the service staff are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. My frustration is directed entirely at the leadership team, whose lack of action speaks volumes. A hotel that claims to welcome all guests should not make EV owners feel unwelcome. Until the management takes this issue seriously, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with an electric vehicle.
Had a great 1-night staycation at Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit in Thong Lor. Room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out most was the staff - everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and welcoming. The facilities were excellent. The swimming pool on the 7th floor was a great place to relax, and the gym was one of the nice hotel gyms I’ve used, complete with a dry sauna, which was a nice bonus after a workout. I also enjoyed access to the executive lounge on the 40th floor. The food and drinks selection during the evening service was good, and breakfast at the main restaurant was excellent, with plenty of variety and quality options. The only thing that felt a little lacking was the personalised touch for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite members. There was no welcome note, fruit platter, or small welcome amenity in the room. It’s not a major issue, but those little gestures can make loyal members feel more recognised and appreciated. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.
We really enjoyed how convenient everything was. The location made it super easy to get around, with BTS nearby and plenty of essentials within walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable (loved the bathtub), and had a nice city view. Dinner at The District Grill Room & Bar was a highlight — the 3-course meal was genuinely really good and well-executed! We also went up to Octave Rooftop Lounge & Bar for yummy cocktails, and the skyline view from sunset into the night was such a relaxing moment. Overall, a solid Bangkok city stay!
Myself & friends were given good rooms in 25 floor. Rooms were adequate & clean. Check in was smooth & staff were cordial. Unfortunately, no upgrade though a Gild Bonvoy member. Breakfast is good with variety of buffet items. Fittness center is good with new equipment. Outdoor pool was good. Location is 10 minutes away from Train station
