The staff are lovely, friendly and kind. It’s a nice little hotel that feels safe and comfortable for families. There is a small pool which was fine for our children and ourselves to cool off. There are laundry facilities as well. The buffet breakfast was great as well, they didn’t charge us for our toddler and there were some western options (eggs, toast, sausages, cereal, salad and fruit) as well as some yummy Thai food. I enjoyed the soups and stir fry chicken options. Well worth the money and convenience to eat there. You can order grab delivery to your room, no charge. They have good cleaning standards, no issues for us. It’s quite picturesque in the front lobby but it is small, however we felt like it was great value for money and the location is near enough to things we wanted to do that weren’t all tourist attractions. We were traveling with kids so we were able to seek out less crowded places to visit such as the Erawan Museum and Ancient City. These are about 20-30 mins away by car.

Small but nice hotel with all basic facilities including swimming pool and laundry. Walkable distance to Imperial World where Big C supermarket is.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was definitely worth the money. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The check-in process was smooth and quick. The reception staff was mildly polite and helpful, while the security staff was friendly and courteous. There’s ample covered parking available. The pool was small, and the gym was compact but functional. The room we had was spacious, but the air conditioning was leaking water onto the super firm mattress. Overall, I wouldn’t staying here again.
