Amazing hotel and very short walk to Terminal 21 and the BTS stations. Staff are extremely friendly and cater for all needs. Go above and beyond especially Noem at the front desk. Smile everytime you walk in and when leaving the hotel provides you all local details to ensure safe and efficient travel avoiding the tourist traps. Lots of Halal options nearby (Subway, Turkish Lebanese and SW1 on Sukhumvit 12 - a must visit for food lovers). Use Grab for Taxis and Hotel is competitive on the large van rates - airport transfers. Money exchange across the road.

This is one of our best experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the beginning. The location was also perfect just a walking distance from BTS Asok and a nightmarket and Terminal 21. We reached before 11am and it was no problem to check in early. We forget the name of the gentleman who was on shift during our whole stay(he was off and was returning back on a Saturday but we left Saturday 2am). Also the roomservice lady on floor 6(our room 617) was very friendly and helpful(i lost one of my earring and she tried to help) My last day I tried to find her but she was gone before I went out to find her. We stayed there from the 2nd of July till 11th.

One of the highlights of every stay is breakfast. We love the playful atmosphere, the friendly interactions with the staff, and the way the dishes vary from day to day. It makes every morning feel special and is such a wonderful way to start the day as a family. The hotel's location is another huge advantage. It's conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore all the magic Bangkok has to offer, while still providing a comfortable and peaceful place to return to after a busy day. We've stayed here multiple times, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. The wonderful people at Maitria Hotel are the heart of this place, and they are the reason we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Bangkok. Thank you for making every visit such a memorable one. I love this hotel! The staff are so friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond what their usual duties to help me. I stayed 8 nights and really felt at home here. And they even have a Coffee Club as part of the Hotel. The free breakfast has a lot of options and was always satisfying. The hotel has quiet rooms, despite being a short walk from lots of bars and nightlife. I'll stay again. Katib and Chan were very helpful, as were too many others to name.
