⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at Maitria Hotel Rama 9 from the moment we arrived. I arrived very early, at around 8:30am, and certainly didn’t expect our room to be ready at that hour. To our surprise, we were offered an early check-in completely free of charge, which was such a lovely start to our stay. A special mention must go to Ploy at reception, who was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful, and to Chato, the bell hop, who was equally welcoming and attentive. The staff genuinely made us feel looked after. The hotel itself is modern, stylish and very comfortable. Our room was beautifully presented, and the location is in a nice, quiet area, which made it very peaceful and relaxing while still being convenient for Bangkok. Excellent service, lovely staff and a very comfortable stay. I would happily stay at Maitria Hotel Rama 9 again and highly recommend it.

Good place to stay and staffs are nice and polite. The room is clean and nice as well. I recommend to try here. Also have free breakfast and the swimming pool too. Pricing is around 1500-1800 baht/ per night.
I had a lovely stay here. The room layout is great, with a nice working desk and a cool modern bathroom. The room was also exceptionally clean. Thank you to Khun Ann, the housekeeper A big shoutout to Khun Ploy, Mew, for their wonderful service at reception. They made my stay even better
We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Bangkok and overall had a good experience. The location is slightly away from the main hotspots, but not a major issue since it’s a big city and easily accessible by BTS and Grab. We were on the 16th floor with a “Garden View” room — to be honest, there isn’t really a garden, but there is a small stream and some green space, which still makes the view pleasant. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and the staff handled everything smoothly. The room was spacious and airy, especially if you keep the windows open on a higher floor — lots of natural light. Beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were replenished daily along with housekeeping. We stayed 7 days, and the only thing we found was that breakfast became a bit repetitive after a few days. My only real con wasn’t the hotel itself, but some rude and unruly guests who made noise in the corridors during quiet hours and played loud music or watched videos without headsets in the dining area and in their own rooms. Social etiquette seems forgotten by some travelers. Tip: If possible, request a higher floor with a city view. Also, don’t forget to ask the staff to ensure your TM30 is submitted daily to immigration — you may need proof of this at the airport. Try to hit the breakfast buffet early hours as post 8am, it gets crowded, and uncomfortable due to the cramped space. Overall, a comfortable and good stay.
We traveled as a couple and stayed for 7 nights in March 2026. We ended up extending our stay by one additional night, which was handled very smoothly by the hotel — we were able to keep the same room without any issues. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. 1.Location The hotel is not centrally located, and it’s quite difficult (and not very safe) to explore areas beyond the immediate surroundings on foot. Because of this, we relied on Grab for all transportation, which worked well — fares were reasonable, typically between 70–200 THB depending on the destination. On the positive side, the area is very quiet, which is great if you’re looking to relax away from the busy parts of the city. There are two 7-Eleven stores within walking distance — the closest one is just about 2 minutes away. Next to it, there’s also a self-service laundry (wash & dry), which was very convenient and affordable (around 70 THB for washing and 50 THB for drying). Noise levels overall were excellent — very peaceful both during the day and at night. 2.Room The room was very clean, with daily housekeeping including fresh towels and regularly changed bedsheets. It was spacious and well laid out — a large king-size bed, couch, small table, desk, and chair, making it comfortable even for a longer stay. The bathroom was also large, with a standing shower and a separate toilet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was completely quiet, which made for great sleep. One downside was the air conditioning — it was very powerful and pointed directly at the bed. At night, we often had to turn it off because it was too strong, but then the room would heat up. On the positive side, the curtains were blackout and did a good job keeping the room dark in the morning. There was also no humidity or unpleasant smell in the room, likely thanks to the strong AC. There was plenty of storage space and a safety box. We also felt comfortable leaving our belongings in the room — everything felt safe during our stay. No balcony, but large windows with a nice view of nearby buildings. 3.Facilities The pool was good and well maintained. The hotel overall feels brand new, which reflects in the condition of all facilities. We didn’t use the gym, and there was no spa available. However, in-room massage services were offered. The massage itself was decent, but since it was done on the bed instead of a proper massage table, it wasn’t as effective as expected. The hotel was not crowded, which added to the overall relaxed experience. 4.Service The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They spoke English very well and were always responsive to requests, which made the stay smooth and comfortable. 5. Food & Drinks Breakfast was quite limited, with more Asian-oriented options and fewer European choices. We only tried it once and decided to skip it for the rest of the stay. Because of this, it’s probably better to book the accommodation without breakfast if you prefer more variety or non-Asian options. There is a good restaurant nearby offering both European and Asian dishes. For convenience, ordering via Grab Food is also a great option and worked very well during our stay. ⸻ A clean, modern, and quiet hotel with great staff and comfortable rooms, ideal if you don’t mind relying on Grab for transportation. Best suited for travelers looking for a peaceful stay rather than a central, walkable location.
