I originally gave this hotel a 5 star due to security team and hotels great location. Security guard was extra helpful and if it wasn’t for him this review would be far worse. I’m here on business for 3 weeks, they put me on the 14th floor and halfway through my stay I get asked to I’ve to the 12th floor as they have a planned window maintenance team working on that floor (why put me there in the first place as this was planned some time ago) so now I’m on the 12th floor and the maintenance are making noise on my balcony and drilling stuff. On top of all that I wake up with all these red marks on my back (not itching so I’m ruling out mosquitoes) I go pharmacy and the onsite doctor tells me it looks like bed bugs from the pattern of red marks on back (see pic) I informed hotel and they deep cleaned room straight away. I needed to finish off my work so asked for somewhere quiet while they clean my room. They took me to a business/meeting room on the mezzanine floor which is perfect right? Wrong, it’s completely empty bar the cleaning team who’s using an extra loud vac cleaner while shouting to her colleague. I quietly walked out and finished off in reception area. Then today we have a power cut so no WiFi or air con making the room very hot so I asked if there’s any part of the hotel with power and WiFi connection. Receptionist told me I can charge and get access to WiFi at reception. So I pack up all my gear, inform my boss of the situation and surprise surprise, no WiFi. I understand these things happen and there’s only so much the staff can do but communication is a basic requirement I expect from a receptionist. So firstly you me in a room you knew I couldn’t stay for my entire stay and had to get relocated, the new room has bed bugs and I’m getting woken up at 8 or 9 am to drilling noise, then I ask for a quiet spot to work at and you put me in a room that’s louder then the drilling. Fair to say I will not be staying here ever again

Good value in a very lively neighborhood. We stayed 4 nights in two different suites. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is located on the ground floor next to the driveway, and we also used their spa, which was very professional. A huge thank you to the spa staff for their incredible honesty—I forgot my jewelry, and they called me right away to hand it back! Breakfast is 550 baht. It is not the largest spread, but it is good enough to start a busy day. The staff is attentive throughout the hotel, and you get handy discount coupons for the spa and restaurants, which we put to good use. There is a pizza restaurant where you can grab a beer and enjoy the view of the active street below. We also had lunch at Som Tum and ordered room service, both of which were reasonably priced and good. If you are looking for a hotel close to Nana station and you do not mind being right in the middle of a lively nightlife and red-light area, go for it. Surprisingly, once inside, it feels quiet and secluded while still being in the middle of everything.
First of all the hotel is very central, the service at the hotel is excellent and quick. We experienced the Spa located on mezzanine floor and it’s amazing, Aey and Panda were outstanding at the facials and body massage we opted for. The breakfast at Naa dining is also great, friendly staff and very polite. The live section is also worth trying at the breakfast. A special thanks to Ing who cleaned our room everyday and made our stay comfortable. Ing also kept a very cute towel elephant 🐘 for us. Keep it up.
The hotel provide scheduled tuktuk to Nana Station. 👍👍 It’s interesting to find the left gate access to the higher end like “Double Tree, JW Marriott” and the right gate is the “红灯区”. 7-11 is just few steps away making it convenience to grab some water etc. Security is all good. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel thou simple but the whole vibes is good. I went on raining session in Bangkok so I enjoy almost all the facilities in the hotel. Swimming, pool side dining and sauna on one evening. It’s really surprise me that the price for food is so reasonable. Nevertheless, we wanted to express our gratitude to Mr.Art who was always there at the lobby to assist us throughout everything. He always go extra miles and make our journey comfortable and giving us great hospitality. Thank you. We definitely enjoy the stay. *oh we had our spa massage at M floor before our departure to airport. It’s a very sweat gesture that they provide us complimentary mango sticky rice after the massage.🥰
I had the most amazing stay here. The staff was friendly, helpful and super accommodating. The room itself was absolute luxury. I was really surprised in the best way. I will definitely keep staying here going forward. Everything was efficient and comfortable. Art at the concierge helped with carrying my bags, weighing them when I was returning home and even calling me a taxi for the airport. The stay and taxi service was at super affordable prices, especially for a South African looking for best value for their rand. Definitely recommend staying here.
