The room had a musty smell and felt very outdated, with an old air conditioner and everything somehow sticky. The air was stuffy and unpleasant. There was still trash from the previous guest, and overall the room was very dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable at all and couldn’t imagine staying the night.
We complained at the reception and were given another room, but unfortunately it was just the same. So we decided to leave.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and it seemed like they deal with this situation regularly. To the manager: please fix this and don’t let your employees deal with the consequences.
I resereved this hotel from April 16 to April 21 2026. On the second night of my stay, I found three cockroaches in my room. I requested a room change, but the front desk staff told me that the hotel was fully booked and could not offer me another room.
This situation is completely unacceptable to me. For a hotel at this price level, having a cockroach problem is simply not acceptable.
I expect the hotel to provide a proper and satisfactory solution. So far, I have not received any reasonable resolution.
Randomly picked this place for my Bangkok staycation. And as a Thai I was still truly impressed with all of the staff. Excellent hospitality very attentive and kind . Amazing environment , very quiet and peaceful even though it’s getting into high season. Highly recommended will definitely come back again !!💗
We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent – very convenient and close to everything we needed. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. You immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of.
