I had a great stay here! 🤩 The rooms were absolutely fantastic, super comfortable and clean. The service was top-notch, everyone was so friendly and helpful! 💁♀️ The location is quite good, making it easy to get around. Definitely recommend! ✨ Would happily return. 💯
Good value for money with standard, no-frills rooms covering all basic amenities. The staff was friendly, and the pick-and-drop service to Ploenchit Center was a huge plus. Breakfast is quite limited; vegetarians will mostly find toast, fruit, and average coffee. If you want masala chai, it's an additional 50 THB. Solid choice for a straightforward, budget-conscious stay.
I can’t say better things about this Residence. Everything was wonderful. I enjoyed it so much that I extended my business trip an extra five days just to enjoy my amazing room! Nice roomy 45 m² suite, best bed, pillow, and linen I’ve ever experienced. Best view, ninth floor, best shower, pressure and hot water. Best cleaning and service staff. They had the room already air-conditioned and ready for me. Nice rooftop pool and gym upstairs. Cleaning staff not pushy to try to get rooms cleaned in the a.m. and flexible and patient for late afternoon room cleanings. If I’m able to get this amazing rate, this is the only place I want to stay at when I come to Bangkok. In fact, I’m gonna mention all of the above to the front desk when I check out tomorrow. Amazing amazing amazing! So happy to have found Lohas Residence.
A beautifully situated hotel in the heart of Sukhumvit. The rooms are a good size and have everything you could possibly need. This includes a small kitchen fitted with, amongst other things, a large fridge, hob, microwave, washing machine and so on. The rooms are cleaned every day and are very clean. Overall, the hotel is relatively quiet (I had a room on the ninth floor). Even though the furnishings are showing their age a little, it’s a very pleasant place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it.
This hotel sits in one of my favorite areas of Bangkok. It is located in a safe neighborhood not far from a BTS station, providing easy access to Lumpini and Benjakitti parks. The property even lets you borrow bicycles, subject to availability. Aside from a rooftop pool and a gym, the hotel offers unique activities like yoga classes and Thai cooking lessons that use local herbs grown right on the rooftop. The room service is great. As a late riser, I usually keep the "Do Not Disturb" sign up. The staff thoughtfully left a daily basket for me with extra toiletries and complimentary items, including tea, coffee, and two liters of water in glass bottles. You can also use the basket to swap out towels and trash—just leave your used items out, and they will replace them with fresh ones. It is a superb system. The rooms are a good size. They are perhaps a little dated, but I actually really like the dark wood floors. Large comfortable bed and pillows and a bath, great. The air conditioning worked well and was not too loud. Every staff member I met was friendly and accommodating. Whilst it's not a luxury pick, it is hard to beat at this mid-tier level for the price point and location.
