Livotel Hotel Hua Mak Bangkok

The front desk employee has a ver bad attitude. The rooms are only moderately clean. Nothing luxurious but for the price,that’s fine …but what kind of hotel don’t give you a disposable toothbrush set??

I made a mistake booking this hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless your only concern is getting the cheapest possible room. The hotel has a long list of fines for almost every possible breakage, making you feel like everything is your responsibility. The floors had plenty of insects, room service is extremely limited with fixed service hours, and the staff were unhelpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was one of the worst parts. It was mostly halal food with virtually no vegetarian options except bread and jam. Even the bread was covered with a hand towel instead of being stored hygienically, which was disappointing. I also witnessed a Russian guest who arrived just 5–10 minutes before the 2:00 PM check-in time politely asking if she could check in slightly early. The staff refused, despite the minimal time remaining, leaving her visibly frustrated. She even said she felt she had made a mistake booking this hotel. The only positive thing about Livotel is that it's cheap. Apart from the low price, almost everything else about this hotel was disappointing. I won't be staying here again.

This hotel is terrible! They need to train their Receptionist staff better! They could not verify my husband's booking when Immigration Officer called them, even when they have Booking ID, email he used, his credit card number, and fully paid for it. This led to detention for my husband and he had 2 horrible night stuck at Bangkok airport!

Livotel Hotel, Hua Mak truly made our first day in Bangkok and the first day of our trip feel smooth and stress-free. The hotel is easy to locate, and the check-in process was simple and quick, which is exactly what tired travelers need after landing. The lobby and reception area are huge, comfortable, and very welcoming. We were allowed to sit there, relax, and even take pictures without any rush or awkwardness. They also kept our luggage for a really long time, which was a massive relief and allowed us to move around freely. A big thank you to the staff for being so supportive when we missed our bus. They immediately gave us access to the hotel Wi-Fi, and because of that, we were able to book our flight tickets on time. Honestly, cannot thank them enough for this help. It turned a stressful moment into a manageable one. The room was good, basic, and comfortable, perfect for resting after travel. We also had a nice city view, which added a calm touch to the stay. Overall, Livotel helped us start our Bangkok trip on a positive, relaxed note. A dependable place with kind staff and a big heart. Would definitely recommend, especially for first-time visitors. 🌆✨
