close to MBK Centre. Severe plus points. And therefore also close to the 3 Siam - Centre Discovery Paragon. Since we travel as a family, a suite fitted better, pack unpack etc. If bigger family, 2 suits could be merged as well. Halal food close by.

I love this place. Any time I'm in Thailand I have to stay here besides my best friend 's condo . All of the staff are super nice from the time you stepped in to the property, bellman security, front desk, and house keeping. Excellent location. Shopping malls, restaurants, 7-11, massage places and sky train. I stayed in superior room. It has separate bedroom and living room. Two TV, Two air conditioner. Refrigerator microwave, stove, sink including sponge and dish soap, dinner ware and utensils cooking ware and cutlery. Washing machine and drying rack. Bathroom has separate wet and dry areas. Hand soap, hand lotion shower gel, shampoo with conditioner and hair dryer. Daily room cleaning. I stayed in many places in Thailand abd this place is the best. I feel safe especially when I travel to Bkk by myself and stay at this residence. I was too excited and concentrated on shopping I forgot to take more pictures

Second time staying at the Lit Bangkok Residences. This time I went for a One Bedroom superior room as I was travelling with my mother. The first out of the two rooms we stayed in were better the air-conditioning in the second room we stayed wasn’t as good. The service by the cleaning staff was impeccable always smiling and so helpful. The staff in the main hotel reception and the porters were also great. We were also able to keep a bag at the hotel whilst we travelled to Koh Samui for three days which saved us carrying it. I would definitely recommend staying here as you get the little kitchen option, which is good if you want to have just breakfast or a lunch in the apartment and go explore the rest of Bangkok. I love the little touch as well from reception when we arrived back from our tour as it was my mother‘s birthday they left a little cake which was not asked for, but thank you.

Overall really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is spacious and very clean. There is a bath tub so it’s quite fun and relaxing. The location is good, MBK center and other shops very close yet it’s in a relatively quiet street. However, some points that can be better: - the noise cancelling is not quite enough in the rooms. I could easily hear people closing their doors or making noise in the same floor or in the floor above me so it’s really annoying when you are taking rest or sleeping. -you have to connect to the wifi all over again each time which is a bit less convenient. -I kept my luggage in the hotel in the same day of checkout and they said they keep it in a room, when I was back to go to the airport late in that day- I found my luggage in the lobby which was not comfortable to me. - just to note- they take 1000BHT deposit
