I booked this hotel via Ctrip. I’m Ariel’s mom, and my family and I stayed here for 5 days while visiting from China.
The location is fantastic — several big malls are just a short walk away, so we could come back for midday breaks every day. All staff were friendly and attentive. The pool and small bar are lovely. Rooms are cleverly designed with good use of space, and the bathtub kept our kid happy every day.
Our child adored staff member Noom. He’d keep looking back for him in the lobby whenever we headed out. Noom was so warm and thoughtful.
Looking forward to coming back to Bangkok!

From the moment we walked into the lobby, we loved the beautiful signature scent, it immediately made us feel welcomed and relaxed. The hotel has a great location, beautiful ambience, and the service was excellent throughout our stay.

We’ve stayed here several times and always enjoyed the warm hospitality and convenient location, with easy access to National Stadium BTS and MBK Mall. The staff are consistently friendly and approachable.
The hotel is relatively small, with only 7 floors, and we’re usually assigned rooms on the 3rd or 4th floor. There are only two service lifts, which can be a little inconvenient during peak hours.
Overall, it’s still one of our favourite places to stay whenever we’re in Bangkok!
Staying at LiT BANGKOK Hotel worked out really well for me. The location made it easy to get around, and I appreciated being able to check in early. The room was spacious and felt comfortable, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was just okay, but overall it was a very good experience for the price and I’d be happy to return.
