We recently stayed at Lebua as part of our anniversary trip . The lobby is beautiful and smells amazing from all the different flowers they have . The staff was lovely and attentive, check in and check our was seamless , they also checked in on us via messenger to see if we needed anything/ were happy with our stay. We had breakfast included, the buffet had a massive variety of delicious foods , something different every day . The view from the room was breathtaking, especially at night. We had no complaints, they assisted us with late check out , every single staff member was expectational . The location is absolutely prime , you have everything you could possibly need and more walking distance or a short car ride . Thank you for the unforgettable experience!
We had a really fantastic stay in June/July 2026! One of our most fond memories was relaxing in the lounge on Floor 52 during the afternoons. We were served by Pim, Jaew and Pam who were all extremely polite, friendly and responsive. The food served during this time was a buffet that included a wide range of delicious food, which was all fresh and incredibly tasty! The views from the hotel were also amazing! Thank you for a lovely experience and we look forward to visiting again!
I had an amazing stay at lebua at State Tower. The view from the balcony on the 54th floor was absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of my trip. The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out, with every staff member being warm, professional, and attentive. The included high tea with the stunning city view was a lovely experience, and the light luncheon was also very enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome amenities in the room, including fresh fruit, snacks, and a delicious cake, which made me feel truly welcomed. Breakfast offered a great variety of options and was a fantastic way to start the day. The gym and swimming pool were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. I would definitely love to stay here again!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I booked and upgraded to a river view room at lebua specifically for the balcony — that was the entire reason I chose this hotel as a solo traveller. Upon arrival late at night, I was told by staff that because I am a solo traveller, I would not be allowed to access the balcony due to security reasons. This was never communicated at any point during the booking process. I booked the room for one person from the start, and at no stage was it made clear that I would not be able to use the balcony. There is also no clear information on the website or booking platforms stating that balconies cannot be used, which shows a lack of transparency. The balcony is a key feature heavily marketed by the hotel, so not being able to access it completely changes the experience you are paying for. After a long day of travel, arriving late in the evening, I had no realistic option to change hotels without significant inconvenience and additional cost, so I felt stuck staying despite not receiving the experience I had paid for. The rooms themselves are spacious, but quite dated and not reflective of the price point. For the amount paid, I expected a far more modern and premium experience, and there are many nicer hotels in Bangkok available for a similar or lower price. While staff were polite and offered a small compensation (drink vouchers), this does not make up for the fact that the main feature of the room was unavailable. I would strongly recommend that the hotel clearly disclose this restriction during booking, especially for solo travellers. If you are booking for the balcony, be aware that you may not be able to use it.
