The staff are really helpful. Had a restaurant option spa, fitness center, and hot tub. The room was so nice they were more than accommodating to providing more water for me.

THIEVES!! I checked in to a filthy room w/ marks all over the walls & furniture, NO TOILET TISSUE, a filthy, unusable gym, mentioned it to staff, and got a call waking me up outta my sleep at 4am to ask why had I contacted Agoda. Uhmm, because I told you all this and giving me toilet tissue was the only thing you addressed. That's Agoda’s job (to mediate). The next day, I returned to my room and my humidor with $140 worth of cigars was gone!!! In light of the laminated warning sign about theft that greets you on your dresser, I was appalled and checked out 5 days early. The first 4 pics show the condition of the room, the unflattering walls, the dirt on headboard right where my head and face would be. The laminated picture that strongly suggests thieves are on staff. Theft has had to have happened frequently enough for them to laminate and post that in every room. Look at how dirty even the plastic is. 🤮 I've been in over 200 hotels in my life & have NEVER seen a sign talking about how they handle thefts and that you will not be reimbursed unless you already told them at check-in what valuables you have!!!! Wouldn't that encourage theft all the more?!?!? And who does that anyway?? 2 months in Thailand and aside from unscrupulous tuk tuk drivers, THIS hotel is the only other place I've seen outright theft and debauchery occurring as a norm in beautiful Thailand. They are the pits!!! 🗑️ The final pics are of the gym itself where the air is so thick, you can’t breathe & run safely. The barbells (weights) weren’t clean and the yoga mat is clearly dirty as well. I asked them to disinfect/ wipe down the weights and yoga mat—- they said “no, it's clean already”. ARE YOU FRIGGEN KIDDNG ME???! Who DOES that??? Given I was up all night from 4am in the Agoda chat and going back and forth on the app with the unreasonable staff, I had to pay for another cab and wasted much of that Tuesday because of lost sleep, and they wouldn't apply not even the slightest of reimbursements. This is not a 4 star hotel as advertised. The halls are very dark and it gives Motel 6 vibes. The pics are extremely inaccurate.l and have been AI’d to the max. The outside isn’t illuminated like that and there’s nothing to do unless you get groceries 2km away. I would not have gone there had there been no real gym and such horrible conditions, and especially had I known this place is literally a hub for thieves, crooks, and criminals. Absolutely disGUSting!!!🤮 😡
Loved the hotel and the rooftop swimming pool & very clean spacious room, however before I left the receptionist (lady with short bob ) was very rude to me. She added things onto the bill before I left and was screwfacing me!! I never once used room service. The lady at the bar was so lovely & other staff though :)
An Absolute Steal: Comfort, Cleanliness, and Perfect Location on a Budget! Finding a hotel that balances affordability with high standards can be a gamble, but this stay was a total jackpot. It checks every single box for a seamless, stress-free trip. 🛏️ The Room: Pristine, and Comfortable The absolute highlight was just how clean and fresh everything was. The bedding was crisp and immaculate, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall room maintenance was flawless. It has a wonderfully simple, modern, and uncluttered layout that instantly makes you feel at home. Despite the highly economical price tag, they clearly don't skimp on the essentials—the bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning was strong and quiet, and the room provided a perfectly peaceful environment for a solid night's sleep. 📍 The Location: Unbeatable Convenience Location-wise, you couldn't ask for a better spot. The hotel sits comfortably within easy walking distance to a major shopping mall. Being able to just stroll over for a quick meal, a spot of retail therapy, or to grab supplies without dealing with traffic, parking, or hailing rides saves so much time and hassle. If you are looking for a highly practical, hyper-convenient place to stay that feels premium but costs a fraction of what major chains charge, this is it. It proves that you don't have to sacrifice cleanliness or comfort to get a super economical rate. I had a thoroughly pleasant, satisfying stay and would absolutely book here again!
Extremely disappointing stay and terrible customer service. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room type I had booked was fully occupied. The hotel offered to "upgrade" me to an Executive Suite, but the room was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. It felt more like a downgrade than an upgrade, so I requested the room type I had originally booked. I then had to wait in the lobby for more than an hour while the staff tried to sort out the situation. Eventually, I was placed in a lower-category Deluxe Standard Room. To compensate for the inconvenience, the hotel agreed to refund me 500 THB, which I accepted. The biggest issue happened during check-out. When I requested the promised 500 THB compensation, the female manager refused to provide the refund. What was even more disappointing was her attitude. She was rude, dismissive and completely unprofessional when handling a reasonable customer request. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, she even implied that there was nowhere to escalate the complaint because she was also in charge of customer service. This gave the impression that guest feedback and complaints simply do not matter. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.
