We had such a lovely stay! The hotel is beautiful, with a really nice vibe, and the lobby is gorgeous. The location was excellent and very convenient. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even gave the kids small gifts when we arrived, which was such a sweet touch and made us very happy. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️
This JW was a totally amazing experience. The staff were the most helpful and kind I’ve ever had. The breakfast was extensive and very tasty. Be sure to get access to the lounge, it is the best. Tea time is perfect to order literally any tea on earth, my favorite was Thai tea. 5 star service and experience.

They consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The food was exceptional, the facilities were excellent, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Thank you for making our stay so special and my birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.
Amazing hotel, but even more amazing people The hotel itself is great: very clean, well located, and with excellent facilities and services. I would definitely recommend it. But what truly makes this place stand out is the people. The level of service, the genuine hospitality, and the way they treat you go far beyond what you would expect from a standard hotel experience. During my stay, I had a complicated situation: I forgot something in another part of Thailand and had it shipped to the hotel. The process turned out to be quite difficult, especially since I’m not Thai and didn’t have a local phone number. From day one, the hotel team stepped in to help. They followed up constantly, called the delivery company multiple times, and kept pushing even when the shipment was delayed and I was about to leave the country. Honestly, what they did for me is hard to put into words. They went above and beyond in every possible way and truly made a difference — they saved the situation completely. A very special thank you to Ken and Tommy. These guys are exceptional and represent what real customer service should be. They genuinely care and go the extra mile for their guests. Highly recommended — not just for the hotel itself, but for the incredible people behind it
Stayed in most of Marriott group hotels. Marquis Queens Park was amazing. Location and distance for JW Marriott Sukhumvit Soi 2 was good. Near to BTS Sky train station Nana. Convenient to go places. The front desk Mr. Tana was doing his 110% to assist us in our reservation concerns. Kudos to his effort. We give him 5 🌟 It was a business trip, we also ate at their restaurant BBCO. Food was very good. Very spicy to the Thai style. Service was really pleasant too by Ms. Pimmy. Very warm, friendly and cheerful. Will be back and will recommend too. Overall, made us happy guests !
