I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit 24. Comfortable Room: The room was spacious, spotless, and modern. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Exceptional Service: The staff overall were polite, friendly, and professional. I’d like to extend a special thanks to Phon from the Bell team—he was extraordinarily helpful, attentive, and always had a warm smile. He truly made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Great Amenities: The pool and fitness center on the 19th floor offer a great vibe for unwinding after a day out. Don’t miss the AIRE BAR on the 28th floor—the rooftop views of the Bangkok skyline are gorgeous, and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing. Breakfast: A solid selection of delicious, high-quality breakfast options. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier quality in the Sukhumvit area. I will definitely be back!

I booked a room for two consecutive nights at this hotel. I was assigned a spacious room, the interior wasn‘t exactly modern, it was ok, a bit dreary, though. But I was satisfied and after all, I didn‘t book a high class hotel. As the main reason for my stay in Bangkok was visiting a friend, I did not use many of the hotels amenities like breakfast or the roof top pool. In conclusion, I can say that it‘s centrally located in the city and the staff were friendly during my stay.
Exceptional service, especially from Phon at the G floor! I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit 24. The hotel is in a great location and very comfortable, but what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thanks to Phon on the G Floor! Phon was extremely helpful throughout my stay, always greeting me with a warm, genuine smile and ready to assist with anything I needed. That kind of hospitality really makes a difference and made me feel so welcomed. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return!
Hyatt Place Sukhumvit 24 – Just a 5-minute walk to Phrom Phong BTS Station, Emporium, and EmQuartier. Convenience A large 24-hour 7-Eleven is located right across from the hotel. Staff Attentive to detail, especially the team on the G floor (Phon/Tiny). Great Facilities Swimming pool, rooftop bar with stunning city views, and a fitness center. Breakfast & Service A wide variety of breakfast options served by professional and highly hospitable staff. Great Value International brand standards at a reasonable price right in the heart of the city.
Loved the location! There’s a 7-11 just across the road, which was really convenient. The room was spacious and clean, and they were able to provide us with a baby cot, which was definitely a plus. The staff were really welcoming and polite. There was this lovely lady who served us during breakfast who remembered us (or maybe my baby haha). She helped us get settled in and would always stop to play with my baby whenever she passed by. Such a sweet touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside was the bathroom door. It’s a sliding door and doesn’t close fully, so there’s not much privacy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed our time here!
