Excellent Stay in a Convenient and Peaceful Location I stayed at this hotel during a trip with my mother for her medical treatment. The location is excellent, especially for those visiting Bumrungrad International Hospital. It is an ideal choice for patients and anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay. My room was spacious and comfortable. However, if you are a light sleeper, I would recommend requesting a room away from the roadside, as construction work at a neighbouring property caused some noise at night. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality of the front desk team. All the representatives were humble, friendly, and extremely helpful, always welcoming us with warm and pleasant smiles. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel, particularly to patients and families visiting Bumrungrad International Hospital.

Fantastic, well-managed Hyatt property. I stayed 4 nights with my daughter and we both loved this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. We had a room with a separate living room/foyer. It provided a nice buffer from the corridor which meant that our bedroom was very quiet and peaceful. Maybe this was just luck, but the rooftop pool and gym were never crowded. We really enjoyed using these spaces. What really differentiated this property is the staff. It is obvious that they are well-trained. They were always ready with a friendly greeting and eager to help.
