The location is simply unbeatable! It is located right next to Phaya Thai station, making getting to and from the airport incredibly easy and convenient. The station also connects directly to the BTS, so you can easily head to central spots without getting stuck in traffic. The room was clean and well-designed, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended, especially before or after a flight! Also, don't miss out on Factory Coffee- it’s an absolute must!

Nice and clean. Hotel Staff very polite A very basic breakfast A view of the metro from the window. We chose this hotel so that we’d have easy access to the metro and could get to the airport quickly. There’s a lot of traffic in Bangkok, so it’s better to be able to get around the city quickly city.

Pros: 1. It's really close to the last stop where the Airline Rail Link stops at. 2. It's across from the major train station. 3. Near the station there are many shops and restaurants too, including a 7/11. 4. The staff are super nice and speak great English. 5. The breakfast buffet is open for a long time and the food is ok. They do change some of the food and some stay the same, like the eggs and fruits. 6. The room itself is nice, clean and spacious. 7. The bed and pillow are really soft and great. 8. They also have extra pillows available in your room, no extra charge, for if you sleep with many of them or change them often. 9. Toothbrush and toothpaste are also provided. Cons: 1. The noise. I can handle the daily life noise of cars but the train announcements are what kept me up at night, not the train itself. 2. They only have shampoo and soap available, no conditioner. 3. There are only about two plugs available. No USB chargers either. 4. There are no laundry services on site that I was made aware of.

The room is big enough for two 24'/26' size luggage. Just a normal room with 2 single bed. It was clean. No hair, no bug, no stains on bed. The bathroom is big too. Location is very convenient which 5 min from bts with elevator exit. The hotel also provides luggage storage services after check out. The most remarkable part is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. On the day we leave, we got so caught up in shopping that we forgot the time to airport. So we got back hotel to take our luggage, one of their staff saw us very panics. He just stepped in and lead us to the fastest way to ARL station, and also help us to buy the train ticket too. He didn't leave until he saw us safely inside the train station. We are very grateful to him. This was the perfect end to our trip.
