The Muse is a beautiful and elegant hotel with incredible attention to detail. Its unique design transports you to another era, and this distinctive style is reflected throughout the entire hotel, including the beautifully furnished rooms with high-quality amenities. The restaurants and rooftop bar with stunning views of Bangkok make the experience even more special.
A special thank you to Mr. A, who welcomed us warmly and took excellent care of us throughout our entire stay. His attentive and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome.
A truly beautiful hotel! The interior is elegant and stylish, yet everything feels incredibly cozy and welcoming. The rooms are lovely, and the service was excellent throughout. The hotel also has some great restaurants on site.
A special thank you goes to Mr. A, our concierge. He did an outstanding job and took the best possible care of us. You can tell he is exceptionally well trained. Highly recommended!
This place is a little oasis. Stayed here three nights and really enjoyed the wonderful hospitality. Every staff member was very polite and very helpful. The manager of the breakfast buffet even remembered my name every morning.
The decor is quirky and interesting. I can't help and smile when I think of the team who pulled all the pieces together, they must have had fun!
In the heart of the city but down a quieter side street. Would recommend this hotel.
Titanium Bonvoy member- Fantastic stay at the Hotel Muse! Great hospitality, service and assistance. This is a boutique hotel nestled in a great location off of Sukhimvit Road and very close proximity to the many luxury malls either walking or BTS. Evening entertainment downstairs and a great executive lounge for both breakfast and evening cocktails and treats. Kudo's to Khun Kook, Khun Chart & Khun Antonio who provided great assistance with reservations, transportations and a couple of issues with my app that were resolved by this great team. Mr. A, Ning, Joy, Noey, Petch and Gan provided great customer service & were quick to resolve issues with my keys and other needs. The team at the executive lounge provided superb service during the well prepared breakfasts as evening cocktails. Definitely will return to this great establishment! Thank you for a very memorable stay!
