We stayed here for 6night, hospitality was incredible. Convenient location as well near onnut bts station. For the room was beautiful with city view and very comfortable bed. Though the sink in the middle of the room looks nice as design its bit inconvenient & toilet is quite small. Despite this minor things we had and amazing stay.🤗 Breakfast was diverse with many western as well as thai choices to choose from. Recommend highly.
Innside staff made me feel comfortable and contributed to an overall excellent solo stay. From the start, the security greeted me warmly, engaging in conversation about my day and ensuring everything was fine. The barista was friendly and highly skilled, especially in making the matcha colada. The breakfast chef was fantastic, always serving fresh, delicious food. The breakfast options kept me full most of the day. Housekeeping was impeccable. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring Bangkok by train, as I used the BTS train daily. This reminded me of my love for train rides, a fond memory from New York. It was a wonderful experience, and I’ve already planned my next trip, staying again at Innside.
We spent four nights at this hotel, and our initial impression was fantastic. Everything—from the environment and facilities to the room decor—felt brand new. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious! The infinity pool was one of the main reasons for our visit this time. Since this was a birthday trip, with the actual birthday falling in the middle of our stay, we were deeply grateful to the hotel staff for remembering. They specially prepared a birthday plushie in our room on the day. Special thanks to Muoy—thank you for giving us such a wonderful evening.

Traveling as a family of four with two young teens, the room layout was next level—a master suite interconnected with a twin room for the kids. Super modern, amazingly comfortable beds, high-end linens, and even a Dyson hairdryer! Highlights: * Service: Seamless check-in/out, total transparency, and super friendly staff. Hotel-booked excursions and taxi transfers were handled flawlessly. * Dining & Perks: Redeemed our MeliáRewards welcome drinks at LUZ Rooftop Bar—panoramic views and surprisingly authentic, delicious Spanish tapas! The daily breakfast buffet was excellent with sweeping city views and a great mix of local and international dishes. * Location: Steps from the BTS Skytrain for easy transit, plus Lotus's shopping mall directly across the street for quick casual bites and hypermarket essentials. * Amenities: Solid gym and the iconic rooftop pool was a massive hit with the teens (and an awesome Instagram spot). Spotless, stylish, and incredibly convenient for families. We will definitely be back!
We really enjoyed our 3 night stay and would stay again. The service was amazing and the rooms were spacious, clean and well presented. I have removed a star as it was a little difficult to get to tourist attractions even though there is a sky rail stop very close by. There was also 1 hour+ of traffic when we took taxis but this is of course not the hotels fault just was not the right location for us as tourists. The pool and rooftop bar area are smaller than they appear on photos and you can struggle to get a place to sit.
