I am impressed with this hotel's service every time I stay here. During this visit, I was especially impressed by the front desk staff, James and Miguel. They were warm, welcoming, always smiling, and provided excellent service and helpful information. I would also like to thank Ann at the breakfast restaurant, who, as always, provided outstanding service. The room was spotless and maintained the hotel's high standards. I also fell in love with the beautiful garden just outside my room. It looked absolutely stunning, with its lush green trees resembling giant broccoli florets, beautifully contrasted against the backdrop of the towering skyscrapers behind it. The combination of nature and the city skyline created a truly breathtaking view. I simply can't bring myself to stay anywhere else. This hotel continues to exceed my expectations, and I look forward to coming back every time.

The eclectic, retro-inspired decor, spacious rooms, and prime location—just a short walk from the Phloen Chit BTS station—made exploring the city effortless. The rooftop pool and breakfast spread were also major highlights. A Special Mention to Jame at Reception: What really stood out was the incredible service from Jame at the front desk. Jame welcomed me with a warm smile, made check-in seamless, and shared wonderful local recommendations. The genuine hospitality and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable. Stayed at Hotel Indigo for my anniversary and I had an excellent experience. From the moment I checked in to the moment that I checked out, I felt that every staff member was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. The room I stayed in (king with balcony) was spacious, had great natural light, and was very comfortable. I requested additional bottles of water on my first night and the cleaning staff made sure to restock extra water every day when they cleaned. This was such a thoughtful touch that really highlights the attention the staff at Hotel Indigo give to their customers. Thank you for making my anniversary so special!
Friend was incredibly friendly, warm, and professional. During check-in, she made sure I had all the information I needed and made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was beautifully designed in true Indigo style, incorporating local elements that blended history and contemporary culture seamlessly. It was spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and a pleasure to stay in—I enjoyed every single moment there. I was fortunate to be assisted by Friend again during check-out, and she ensured my entire stay had been flawless. My sincere thanks to her, as well as the entire Front Office team, Concierge team, and Restaurant team for the excellent in-room dining experience. Lastly, the pool view was absolutely incredible. I was able to enjoy it just before it closed, and both the view and the atmosphere perfectly captured the spirit of Bangkok. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a memorable stay. This time the service was not as expected. Although I have stayed 5 times at this hotel over the past few years, there was no sign of welcome back in our 5 times, comparing to some reviews you see online from other guests. From the reception, when asking for the deposit did not inform us that the amount has doubled since the previous year, leading to a high deposit. To a request for change room to the front side, they always asked for an extra fee . Fully understood but for customers who come back every year they could make it easier. The year before we had to change rooms due to a problem in the bathroom pipes, it was a downgrade from king to standard and we didn't got a refund or offer to make up for the price difference. Design is nice but starts to show big signs of degradation, specially the bathrooms. The pool and bar really have a great view. Although small pool area. Breakfast used to be better. This time it was a complete mess. No one to check you in. People running everywhere. More than half an hour to receive a coffee, since the automatic machines available never had cups. There is not much evolution on breakfast since my first time at this hotel years ago. Be aware that regarding the position and lack of soundproofing, it is a noisy hotel for sleep. For the price you pay, there are better options in the neighborhood.
