Nice clean rooms, all amenities needed are available or even on request. Enough water. Comfy beds, overall good stay minus the noise around but that's just the location if you're booking here it's expected. Breakfast used to be better though

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times, and I’m always happy to come back. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and check-in is always quick and easy. The location is also very convenient.
The best part for me is definitely the breakfast. Everything is delicious, fresh, and very tasty, with a great selection. The coffee is excellent too — honestly, I think it’s even better than Starbucks!
I’m very happy staying here and will definitely come back again.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by IHG was wonderful in every way. The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the BTS Nana station, making getting around Bangkok easy and convenient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, and are maintained daily. The hotel facilities are well-organized, and the breakfast is good and varied.
I extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Note and all the staff for their warm welcome, constant smiles, professionalism, and prompt response to any request. You made my stay exceptionally comfortable, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Bangkok.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable, clean accommodation in a prime location.

Favorite feature: Prime Sukhumvit location — Nana BTS Skytrain Station is a 5 minute walk and a 7-Eleven is directly across the street.

Compact and efficiently laid out room with comfortable bed, good AC and pleasant staff throughout. Storage, fridge and practical in-room features all present.
Tons of restaurants within easy walking distance. Nana is one of Bangkok's most walkable and connected neighborhoods — great for nightlife and transit access but not a quiet area. Know which camp you are in before booking.
Solid value option in a prime Sukhumvit location for the right traveler.

I have stayed 5 nights in this hotel during my bangkok trip . The staff were friendly and helpful, & location is perfect. Top floor rooms are very quiet & spacious.
Staff member Nutthew who work on reception during the night time is a very dedicated employee who really makes guest experience from pleasant to WOW. One late night i was not feeling well, he assisted me to nearby pharmacy store and took care of me. Following morning he even made a courstey call to check on me. It was a very kind & caring gesture from him. I will definitely return again.
