Small room, but clean and comfortable. The room is well maintained and has everything you need for a short stay. A big plus is the self-service laundry and dryer, which cost only 100 baht each—very convenient, especially for longer stays. Overall, a good practical choice if you’re looking for a clean and reasonably priced hotel in Bangkok.

This is my second time staying here. My first stay was very nice, so I was happy to come back again. However, this time my experience was quite different. I was assigned Room 628, which is quite dark due to the building design, with very limited natural sunlight. More importantly, I noticed that the room felt quite dusty as soon as I walked in. I’m not sure if it was specific to this room or if the overall cleanliness has drop, but I found it a little difficult to breathe comfortably. The next day, I asked the staff to help change the bed linen, which they kindly did, and I really appreciated their prompt assistance. However, even after changing the linen, I still felt that the room was dusty and had some difficulty breathing. I also felt quite itchy while sleeping. I wonder if the room may not have been thoroughly vacuumed or cleaned, especially in some less visible corners or areas that are difficult for housekeeping to notice. It might be worth paying a little more attention to these areas. By the way, the reception staff, doorman, and other staff members were very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. I hope the cleanliness can be improved, as I would love to stay here again in the future.
It's my first time traveling in Bangkok with my family. I can tell that this hotel excellently meet my expectations. The food service staff are excellent always serving us with a smile and the Daily choice of breakfast buffet is so great! The housekeeping staff are very impressive in providing us our daily amenities and keeping our room clean. The security staff are very courteous and always on hand assisting us to get into our taxi cab. Lastly, the front desk staff are so accommodating to all our inquiries. Thank you very much for your good service.
The hotel is within walking distance of Chong Nonsi BTS Station, making it very convenient for getting around Bangkok. The lobby area provides easy access for Grab cars and taxis, and vehicles can usually pick up and drop off guests without being affected by heavy traffic congestion. There is also a 7-Eleven and a McDonald's nearby, along with plenty of local, Western, and Thai eateries within the surrounding area. I stayed in a room located at the back of the hotel, which was very quiet and ideal for a good night's rest. The only drawback was that the room faced the balcony of a neighboring residential building, resulting in limited privacy and insufficient natural sunlight during the day. Breakfast was consistently available and featured different main dishes each morning, which added some variety to the dining experience. However, seating can become limited during peak breakfast hours. The gym facilities are basic but adequate for a simple workout. There is no swimming pool on the property. Overall, my first stay with IHG was a very memorable one. The hotel offered a comfortable and convenient experience, and I look forward to enjoying more membership benefits as I progress to higher tiers within the IHG Rewards program.
Decent reasonably priced value hotel at a very convenient location next to Chong Nongsi BTS station. Staff are friendly and polite and really nice. There is always a security guard at the front entrance of the Holiday Inn which does makes it feel safe but honestly the area where hotel is location is safe. Unfortunately the hotel is kinda let down by stained carpets, ageing infrastructure and walls and the breakfast is not amazing at all. I do like there is a small gym and laundry room.
