Outstanding service from start to finish!
I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom! The overall experience was wonderful, but what truly made our stay special was the exceptional service provided by the staff.
A special shoutout to Tanya at the front desk for her warm welcome, incredible efficiency, and attentiveness. She made our check-in seamless and went out of her way to ensure we had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Another huge highlight was the breakfast experience, thanks to Mama at the breakfast hostess desk ( I didn't remember her name)! Her cheerful energy and genuine hospitality every morning made breakfast such a delight. She made me feel right at home and looked after us so thoughtfully.
The level of service throughout the hotel is top-notch—friendly, proactive, and always smiling. We can't wait to return on our next trip to Bangkok! Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay & Wonderful Staff
I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The overall experience was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff.
A special mention goes to the staff member Ms. Franc who assisted me with an early check-in. She was extremely kind, polite, and supportive, and she kindly arranged the early check-in without any additional charges. Her welcoming attitude and willingness to help made my arrival much more comfortable.
The staff behaviour throughout my stay was very professional, friendly, and courteous. It is always great to experience such genuine hospitality.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and welcoming staff. I would definitely be happy to stay here again!
Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Bangkok Silom. The hotel is in an easily accessible location with convenient access to BTS, shopping areas, and nearby attractions. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The salt water swimming pool was clean and refreshing, making it perfect for relaxation after a busy day. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of items catering to different tastes. Highly recommended for both families and business travelers.
Only one small improvement suggestion — the TV did not have internet access, so streaming services like Netflix or other entertainment options for kids were unavailable. Other than that, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
