We always enjoy our stay at this hotel whenever we’re in Bangkok. Amazing staff and ambience. From our checkin by Run, to our breakfast by the beautiful team Nanie, Cookie, Aum, Booko, Milky and Bell, our experience was great at the time of this review. Not to mention the location is an easy walk to shopping centres. Thank you Holiday Inn Bangkok staff and crew for making our stay always super special. 💕❤️
This was my first time staying at the hotel, and I was very pleased with the experience. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the train stations, making it very convenient for getting around. Although breakfast comes at an additional charge, the food provided was delicious and well worth it. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thanks to Cookies and her team for providing such great service at the restaurant. Their warm hospitality and excellent service truly made our dining experience memorable. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Bangkok. A special thank you to Cookies,Milky and Ple for their excellent service during breakfast. They were always warm, attentive, and made every morning enjoyable. We’d also like to thank Yui from housekeeping for providing outstanding room service. The room was always clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The team’s hospitality truly made our stay memorable. We will definitely be bringing our family back here again. Highly recommended!

Stayed here from April 13, 2026 to April 18, 2026 and it was amazing. I took a King Standard Room and the bed was comfortable and I had all my needs provided for. The breakfast buffet was also good and me and my girlfriend enjoyed the food so much. I would like to give a HUGE thank you to Cookie and her team & the front desk as well for being so nice, efficient, and accommodating during our whole stay. Just to add, the location of the hotel is great as you're near a bus stop and train station if you want to get around & sight see (there are the walkable overpasses as well) and you're near Central World, Big C, and Platinum mall for those who want to get some shopping done. I definitely recommend Holiday Inn Bangkok by IHG and would book again here on my next travel to Bangkok. :)
