A Special Thank You to Arthur at Grande Centrepoint Sukhumvit 55 ❤️ Every year when we return to Bangkok and stay at Grande Centrepoint Sukhumvit 55, there is one familiar face that makes us feel especially welcome: Arthur. Arthur is more than just a friendly face at the hotel. He has become someone we look forward to seeing every year. His warmth, thoughtfulness and genuine care make our stays feel that much more special. He is always attentive to our needs, takes care of our requests, and goes out of his way to ensure that we are comfortable throughout our stay. It is the little things that make the biggest difference, and Arthur has a wonderful way of making guests feel remembered, valued and at home. Seeing him again each year brings a sense of familiarity and warmth that makes returning to the hotel feel like coming back to a place we know and love. A great hotel is truly an essential part of the journey, and Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55 made my first trip to Thailand completely unforgettable. The room was remarkably spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning high-floor view—I slept wonderfully every single night. The staff were exceptionally warm and courteous. Even though I only stayed for four nights, their hospitality made me feel right at home every time I walked through the lobby. Both the breakfast buffet and the onsen facilities were fantastic highlights of the stay. While it is not right in the dead center of the city, the location is still very convenient. Within less than a five-minute radius, you can easily find Michelin-rated dining options and incredible massage parlors. A solid 100/100 across the board. The value for money is truly unmatched, and I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Bangkok!

This hotel is amazing! The service is great- shoutout to Otto who does the hybrid classes from Monday to Fridays 10.30-11.30am- it was awesome and you’ll work out a sweat. He also customised it to me on the day that I was the only one! The front desk and everyone were super helpful and friendly too. They allowed us to have late check out and i am thankful. There’s an awesome onsen Spa called Let’s Relax on the 5th floor and the amenities are great and well maintained. Though the location is not central Bangkok, there’s a ton of great food around and free shuttle to the nearest BTS sky train. :)

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Everything is modern, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly maintained. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. The hotel has such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere and is conveniently located close to plenty of great restaurants, massage places, and other amenities. A very special thank you to Latif for all his wonderful shopping recommendations. He was always smiling, had a fantastic sense of humour, and made us feel so welcome. Thank you as well to Bank and XVI, who told us to come back again next month! While it may be a few years before we return, we will definitely be back. Your hospitality truly touched us and even brought tears to our eyes. You made us feel at home, even though we were far away. We also really appreciated the complimentary welcome drink and the guest laundry facilities, which made our stay even more comfortable. The team at the entrance were amazing—they greeted us warmly, opened the car doors, and helped load and unload our luggage with such care. The housekeeping staff were also outstanding, always thoughtful, kind, and attentive. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We will miss you all and look forward to returning one day
