Grande Centre Point Ploenchit

Choosing Grande Centre Point Ploenchit was honestly such a wonderful decision, and I’m so glad I stayed here! From the moment we arrived, the experience was amazing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and I loved that the minibar was complimentary and restocked every single day. The heated toilet seats and bidet were such a lovely touch, and the balcony with its nice view made the stay even better. What truly made this hotel special, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was so sweet, kind, helpful, and accommodating. The receptionists were wonderful, and the staff outside who helped with the cars were especially lovely. As a tourist, I sometimes had difficulty communicating with Bolt drivers because of the language barrier, but they always went out of their way to help communicate with the drivers and make sure they found the correct lobby location. I really appreciated this level of care and hospitality, and it made me feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my stay. The only small area for improvement would be the breakfast, as I felt the variety and selection could be better. However, this did not take away from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. The cleanliness, comfort, thoughtful amenities, and especially the genuinely wonderful staff made my stay memorable. I would definitely come back again! ❤

The location is really convenient. It's walking distance to CentralWorld, and you can reach Siam through the sky bridge too. Staff were friendly and spoke good English, so communication was easy. The room was clean. I especially liked the hot tub, it's big enough to fully lie down in. There's also a currency exchange machine in the lobby, which was handy. Overall a satisfying stay, would come back again.

I had an amazing stay at Grande Centre Point Ploenchit. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect for getting around Bangkok. A special thank you to Nu tthaporn for the outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. They were incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Their warm attitude truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok, and I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Natthaporn, and the entire team for making our visit so memorable

VERY NOISY !!! There are hundreds of conflicting reviews on this hotel. Let me help you with context: Location wise - if you need to be around the banks, or embassies, or work. This is perfect - But - Wireless road is Always jammed (from 7am onwards). The Hotel itself is Big, Well appointed, Functional. “It is an older property” and it shows. The Absolute NO NO is their Road noise. We have stayed in their top floor, lower floor, balcony / no balcony, single room, Suite - everywhere. THEY ARE ALL NOISY - because the hotel does not have sound proofing! Also, they use the older style wooden blinds, so, by 6am it will be BRIGHT. When evaluating a hotel - there are at least 150 good hotels in the THB3000-4000 per night category. If you have to be in Wireless the choices are SIVATEL, ATHENEE, CONCORD and other 4 stars.
