Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21

This is truly the best hotel in Pattaya. Connected to Terminal 21 mall, it offers easy access to numerous restaurants, shopping options, the beach, and its attractions. The rooms are spacious, with quiet air conditioning creating a comfortable atmosphere. Bathrooms are complete with hot water and well-designed showers. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any needs or questions. Breakfast is superb, offering a wide variety of foods and plenty of space for guests of all nationalities. Despite being a large hotel, there are many elevators on each floor to make movement quick and convenient. The large pool features slides and other fun areas that kids will love. Security is excellent, and the cost per stay is very reasonable. Rooms include multiple complimentary items like drinks, water, and snacks—more than most other hotels. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

My stay at Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 was unforgettable. When I checked in, the staff were incredibly kind and efficient, and they surprised me with the sweetest birthday decoration in my room — towel art shaped like a cake and an elephant. It genuinely made me smile. The room was huge, comfortable, and had a beautiful, wide city view. For all seven nights, the room service was perfect, and I felt well taken care of. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet had so many delicious choices that I looked forward to it every morning. This hotel made my birthday trip special, and I’m truly grateful for the experience.

This hotel was a great selection and I’m happy that I picked it. The hotel was connected to the mall, the train station and walking distance to street markets and shops. From the moment my husband and I arrived we were greeted and our luggage was taken to our room. I added the breakfast to our stay which I’m glad I did because the food was good. I can’t complain at all. There were a variety to choose from. The room was super clean, comfortable bed, and nice view from the 32nd floor. The inner connection to the mall was on the first floor or the fifth floor food court entrance. The train was connected via the first floor. It was raining season which we expected but we never once got wet cut to we never had to leave the building. That was phenomenal. The entire staff at the hotel was very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and if I ever visit Bangkok again I would definitely stay here again. This was a great experience. It was worth every penny spent.

My family and I had an amazing stay at the Grande Centre Point Terminal 21 from 21 to 23 May 2026 (DP at 29th Floor) with easy access to the Terminal 21 Mall, BTS Metro and other landmarks. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was welcoming, professional, helpful, and exceptionally well-organized. The hotel is modern, elegant and technology-savvy. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, electric cooktop, and a complete set of cooking essentials and utensils. These thoughtful amenities made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. The room truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The room service was excellent, and the breakfast selection was both delicious, healthy, and varied. We were also impressed by the concierge team, who efficiently arranged transportation from Bangkok to Pattaya for us at very short notice. Their prompt assistance and professionalism made our trip smooth and stress-free. We sincerely appreciated the outstanding hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care shown by every member of the team. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Bangkok and would gladly stay here again on our next trip.
