The walls are paper thin, you can hear every noise and conversation from the room beside yours, there is a space between the room door and floor, so you can hear everything going on in the hall. The road is also very loud, so it’s difficult to sleep from all the noisy cars outside. The employees in the lobby are nice but they don’t give any information about the pool or other facilities, they barely speak any english. It took 10 minutes just for the person in the lobby to understand we needed a taxi for MBK. The rooms are not totally clean, there was stains on the toilet seat, hairs all around the floor and in the tub, and the tub doesn’t drain properly. There were also old stains on the bed sheet. The traffic around the hotel is horrible, so it will take a long time to go anywhere.
We didn't even stay the whole night. We left because the room was hot and not cooling down. I didn't ask them to fix the aircon because when I asked for an extra pillow they said it would cost 50thb. I have NEVER been asked for money for an extra pillow before. The room came with 2 actual sleeping pillows for a queen size bed and 2 "throw" pillows
If you're sensitive or allergic to smoke, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The location is good - right next to the main road and easily accessible by car and the room was clean. However, the hotel has a smoking room at the corner of the hallway, and the smell of smoke spreads throughout the entire floor. Unfortunately, the smoke also seeps into the rooms :(
Do not recommend. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. The lobby was clean and shiny but when you entered the floors it smelled like tobacco and was very dirty. The rooms were actually clean but the air condition was not working properly.
Honestly, I felt really uncomfortable staying this one night with my family. It felt like a ghost hotel. No services and the pool was dirty.
Great hotel in Bangkok city. Nice interiors. Great facilities. Hotel staffs are really nice and helpful. There travel desk helped us a lot and arranged a right person with a right luxury vehicle for movement and site seeing purpose in affordable price.
