Liked: Unbeatable location and fantastic value for a twin room! We were a 6–8 min walk to the metro and 10–13 min walk to the river express boats, making getting around Bangkok super easy. The room had great amenities including daily water, tea/coffee setup, slippers, toiletries, and fresh towels daily. Beds were clean, comfy and floors were vacuumed every day. The hotel wifi was strong and worked well! The staff were also all super friendly and easily accessible at all times! Disliked: The hotel is dated and needs modernizing or better upkeep. There was a little black mold on the bathroom ceiling, cracking paint on the door and mirror, dust and marks on the bedroom walls, and a slightly noisy AC. This didn't put us off though, but someone who cares about things being super-duper clean may be off-put. Useful Info: Early check-in fee is 1,000 THB; additional water bottles beyond the 2 daily free ones are 20 THB each. Breakfast is £10 per day (around 500 TBH) which is excessive in Thailand, just go to 7/11 across the road and get something instead!

Good location. Hotel a bit dated but it is still quite a grand type of hotel. Can be a bit difficult to find your room depending on which lift you take. Room large and comfortable with a fantastic view of Bangkok. Bar upstairs revolves and is so nice at night. Definitely worth a visit.
Fantastic location near lots of eateries. Hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are a fantastic size. Our kids has a living area with beanbags and ENORMOUS bunk bed, and their own bathrooom. Great breakfast and fantastic staff. Only criticism would be the noise from the street at night as building only single glazed. You would definitely need earplugs. Even 15 floors up the motorbike noise is loud. The rooftop pool is tiny, but the views are amazing.
Stayed for 2 nights. Amazing place has a 360 revolving restaurant at the 25th floor with great views. Also has river view rooms which I booked. Its in the middle of the most happening spots in bangkok and is home to night flea market just opposite this hotel. Great location and hospitality 100/100.
My wife and I stayed here for 14 nights. Best decision I ever made for our trip to Bangkok. Not only is the location perfect, but the hotel was great. Service was excellent, maid service was perfect. Pool is small, but really really nice with an outrageous view also. Just walk to the Ratchawong pier ( very close 5 min walk) go to a list of sites for pennies using the Chao Phraya boats - Iconsiam, Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun and Asiatique. Wat Mangkon Station is close too. And it takes you on the blue line to Lumpini Park. Central Park Mall, Benchakitti Park and Terminal 21 for starters. Grab is a bit expensive so use these it's better. Last and not least you are located in the heart of of Chinatown for your nightlife and dinner. 7-11 across the street and jewelry stores galore. I bought my wife a beautiful 25th wedding anniversary ring at Kongka Jewelry just steps away on Yaowarat Road. I had a great stay at this hotel.
