Great location and a comfortable stay in Sukhumvit!
We had a pleasant stay at Grand 5 Hotel & Plaza Sukhumvit. The location is one of its biggest advantages — very convenient for getting around Bangkok, with Nana BTS station nearby and plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and entertainment options within walking distance.
The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a lively part of Sukhumvit, so it’s a convenient choice if you want to explore Bangkok without spending too much time traveling.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a convenient option for both short stays and exploring the city. Would consider staying here again.
This hotel was an extremely disappointing experience. The property was unpleasant, poorly maintained, and lacked the level of cleanliness and service one would reasonably expect from a professional hotel.
From the moment I arrived, the service experience was frustrating. Even the staff member responsible for issuing parking cards was unable to communicate effectively, which made the arrival process unnecessarily difficult. More importantly, guests staying at the hotel are still charged for parking, despite the parking area itself being narrow, dirty, poorly maintained, and genuinely uncomfortable. The environment felt more like a scene from a crime thriller than a hotel parking facility.
The room was also disappointingly small and overpriced, and the overall condition of the property did not match the images used in its advertising. I feel that the promotional photographs created expectations that were far removed from the actual experience.
Overall, I consider this hotel significantly below acceptable standards for its price point. I will not be staying here again, and I would strongly recommend that the management address the property's cleanliness, maintenance, staff training, parking facilities, and advertising practices.

Location is perfect and all things you need is around. The hotel is also located in shopping center which is great.
Breakfast was ok too.
The hotel's location is very good and very close to public transportation. The room was clean, elegant, large bed, impeccable bedding, delicious breakfast. Cons: there was a slight smell of cigarettes, there are no windows that open, a lot of noise due to the location.

Housekeeping did a good job, and the overall environment felt calm despite being in a busy area. The staff were polite and helpful whenever needed. Overall, it is a good option if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a central location. I would consider staying here again.
