Graceland Bangkok Hotel

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Graceland Hotel Bangkok! The location is perfect, situated right in the heart of Sukhumvit, making it incredibly easy to explore the city, enjoy the local dining scene, and access public transport. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, sparkling clean, and very comfortable. I absolutely loved the rooftop swimming pool—it’s a beautiful place to relax and unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. The staff deserve a special mention as they were incredibly welcoming, polite, and always willing to help with a smile. Fantastic value for money in a prime location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely stay here again

I had a very disappointing experience at Graceland Hotel Bangkok. The room I was assigned had cockroaches, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. I reported the issue to the reception immediately, but the response was very poor. I was told that no manager was available, and my complaint was not handled properly. The room was not suitable to stay in, and I was forced to leave it and sleep in my friend’s room instead. This caused significant inconvenience and ruined my stay. Cleanliness and customer service should be a top priority, but unfortunately, this hotel failed in both. I cannot recommend this hotel, and I hope the management takes hygiene and guest complaints much more seriously in the future.

Neat and Clean. Also have rooms with smoking facilities. Whatever you want to smoke you can smoke in the room. Before booking mention that you want to smoke in the room. They also have a basic swimming pool on the rooftop. The rooftop is calm, clean. You can relax over there. Overall a nice experience with them. Situated on Soi 5 near Nana Metro Station.

Hello friends, I would like to share my honest experience. The hotel and its entire staff — from the owner to the newest employee — are kind, respectful, and always helpful. I have been staying at this hotel since 2014 when it first opened, and until today it feels like my second home, not just a hotel. I have noticed some negative comments and I honestly wonder why. The hotel carries out maintenance and renovations every year to keep the place in good condition. Many of the photos shared in the comments were taken during renovation periods, such as painting or replacing the flooring. Please let’s avoid sarcasm and unfair judgments.
