I stayed here for a week - S airport to here is 45 mins in nighttime traffic and less than 30 mins 5am in the morning and you need 75 baht of toll fees for the grab driver. the location is easy to Chong nonsi bts train station and easy to get to major attractions- the walkway from hotel to the train station is is on the road so just be aware of this but it’s still convenient- there are many cheap eateries nearby and two 7-elevens nearby across from Chong nonsi bridge (you go across the bridge that enters inside a building in the opposite side) and inside the building escalators go to the the ground floor - there is a money changer good rates - better than airport. The hotel had good breakfast (order your omelette or scrambled egg) we ate there for 7days it was ok, but a lot of pork dishes incase this matters to a customer. On the last day we left 5am and hotel packed us breakfast to go which was not too exciting but kind of them. The pool provides blue towels while ur at the pool to use and opens until 9pm which we appreciated. The pool is 1.5m deep all the way so bear this in mind for kids there are steps into the pool though. The only downside is We booked a premier room and in the website and booking dot com … there was a sofa in this type of room but upon entry no sofa (the room is spacious yes) I asked reception and they said that it’s only one the next room level up only with sofas (well that’s not what it says in the website so I knocked of a star for this) in the bathroom there’s shampoo shower gel and hand wash and shower cap only. In the kitchen there’s nothing (another star off) n so please bring cutlery or plate or one pan if yu plan to use it to heat anything up or to plan use the kitchen at all - the fridge is a good size and cold and working great. There’s a kettle for tea and coffee- and each day you get two water bottles although for one of the days room service didn’t give us any and took towels away and not gave the replacement towels so I had to ask. The room on 12 floor is quiet I didn’t really hear neighbours in the 7days I stayed which I loved. The beds and pillows comfy.

I had a wonderful stay at FuramaXclusive Sathorn Hotel! The highlight of my experience was definitely the excellent service from the staff. Special thanks to Namtan and Tonmai at the reception, who were incredibly friendly and helpful during check-in. They communicated well in English and clearly explained the hotel rules. I also made a booking mistake by selecting twin beds instead of a double bed, but they kindly helped resolve the issue and even upgraded one of our rooms. I truly appreciate their hospitality and flexibility! The housekeeping staff and room attendants were also very friendly, always greeting us with a smile and being ready to help whenever needed. The hotel facilities are quite complete, including a swimming pool, a basic gym, and a sauna. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, with various room types available to suit different needs. The location is also convenient, approximately a 5-minute walk from Chong Nonsi BTS Station. Getting a Grab was relatively easy, with a waiting time of around 5–8 minutes during our stay. Overall, FuramaXclusive Sathorn offers spacious rooms, good facilities, a convenient location, and, most importantly, outstanding hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Bangkok!
Really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is in a great location, very close to Chong Nonsi BTS but still quiet at night. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was very convenient. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff. Jib, Namtan, Tonmai, Best, Yumi, Noah, and Bee were all very friendly and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome. Thank you everyone for the great hospitality! I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back again when I visit Bangkok.
I had a pleasant stay here. The staffs were very friendly, polite, and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and they kindly helped with my luggages. A special thanks to Miss Namtan at the front desk, who was very helpful and professional. My first room was not the one I had booked, but she handled the issue immediately and arranged a new room for me very quickly. The hotel is a bit old and some of the facilities are dated, but the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location is good — close to the city centre but still quiet. Overall, good value for the price, mainly thanks to the friendly and attentive staffs.
Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. The hospitality made our stay enjoyable. One humble suggestion: since the hotel already offers food from different countries, it would be wonderful to include Halal/Muslim-friendly food as well. Many Muslim travelers visit Thailand and choose hotels like this, so having Halal options would make them feel more welcome and comfortable. We are also your guests and contribute to your business, so this small addition would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I hope to see Halal food options on my next visit.
