Forum Park Hotel feels extremely dated, and I think it may be too late for a simple refurbishment. I booked it for a one-night stay because I had a meeting at One Bangkok, and the location was convenient and reasonably priced. The hotel also offers a swimming pool and a gym. The only genuinely positive thing I can say about this hotel is the staff. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and helpful. They explained everything clearly and gave me useful restaurant recommendations, so I really cannot complain about their service at all. However, the interior of this hotel—oh my God. As soon as I entered the room, it was clear that the property is showing its age. The room had a dirty, musty smell, the air conditioner was extremely old and noisy, and even the bed sheets looked dated and worn. I also asked for an iron and ironing board, but was told that the hotel does not provide them. After staying in many hotels around the world, this was the first time I have encountered a hotel that does not offer either an iron or an ironing service. That was very disappointing. In the morning, I visited the gym, but unfortunately the facilities were also in poor condition. There were no dumbbells, only one multipurpose machine for a few exercises, and even that did not feel stable. Some of the other rooms looked as though they had been left unused for a long time. Overall, apart from the genuinely kind and helpful staff and the convenient location for One Bangkok, there is very little positive I can say. The hotel does not make up for the dirty-smelling room, dated air conditioning, worn bed sheets, lack of ironing facilities, and poorly maintained gym.

I held my wedding at Forum Park Hotel recently and it was such a good experience for me. At first, I was a bit nervous to plan my wedding in BKK as I was afraid of communication difficulties. But fortunately Ms. Apple from the hotel is very helpful, friendly and very easy to communicate from the start planning until the end of the wedding day. She is very quick to respond to my inquiries, detail plannings or request and tries to fulfill the needs as possible as she can. She gives her insights for the wedding planning also. The hotel is a bit on the vintage style, and the stair ways and hotel building is very photogenic in a vintage style. The camera crew for the wedding were very impressed and stunned by the hotels rooms and building structure because they are very nice for photoshoots. They even asked me if the hotel has any photo session packages. All the wedding decorations are quite nice and pretty, and the wedding packages are also very great-value. The lighting setup also very beautiful. The food is very very delicious as my wedding guests specifically mentioned me that the food is very nice as they congratulate me. The staff are friendly and provide good service especially the staff who help setup the wedding food. The room provides all the standards a hotel can provide. The rooms are very spacious and nice but they are a little bit old. The hotel location is not very easy if you commute with BTS, you may need a motorbike ride about 5 mins to get to Chong Nonsi station. Overall, I really had a pleasant experience with Forum Park Hotel during my stay, my wedding and service. Also, big shoutout to Ms. Apple for her great support.
I would like to formally commend the front office team for their exemplary professionalism and refined service standards throughout my stay. In particular, Nut, Kae, and Ploy consistently demonstrated a level of attentiveness and interpersonal acuity that reflects both rigorous training and an intrinsic service ethos. Their ability to anticipate guest needs, respond with precision, and maintain composure under operational pressure was genuinely impressive. Moreover, I would like to extend special recognition to Manager Maew, whose leadership appears to cultivate not only procedural efficiency but also a deeply human-centered hospitality culture. Her team operates with remarkable coherence, suggesting a managerial approach grounded in both strategic oversight and emotional intelligence. What distinguishes this team is not merely their politeness, but the calibrated intentionality behind their interactions — every gesture, from check-in to departure, was executed with clarity, warmth, and intellectual awareness of guest experience dynamics. In an industry where service is often standardized, this front office stands out for delivering a nuanced and elevated form of hospitality. Their performance reflects a synthesis of operational excellence and sophisticated guest engagement that is, frankly, rare to encounter. I strongly commend Nut, Kae, Ploy, and Manager Maew for setting a benchmark that others in the sector would do well to study.
Hotel is best if the best around sathorn, value price really, the hotel staff always kind, and they are doing them work very well. Hotel is modern, after renovation. Any room has balcony and room looks nice and clean. Cheap and good 😊. Hotel has a big swimming pool and gym as well, breakfast and restaurant is perfect

LANGUAGE is big problem..they can't even understand the English word ROOM CLEAN..we tried to explain all receptionist, no doubt they were polite , but we had pain in ass, for making them understand just the Sentence..Room Clean.. Bathroom water in Wash basin & Flush Talky in Comote was Horrible, no water pressure at all.. sometimes we had to wait for 15 min inside to flush it properly. Room was Good & Balcony was also good.. Swimming pool & Gym were Not bad.. The best thing outside hotel was..7/Eleven was about 900 mtrs long walking distance..& 2nd Best thing , in Hotel Lobby, you can see Weighing machine, if u want to know the weight of your luggage, vef going to Airport.
