Location is perfect, just next door to Emporium Department Store in Sukhumvit., where shopping, massage and eating places are super convenient. The hotel pool is big except that you don't get too much sunshine within the pool area. Room is big and comfy, but the bathroom is the old type with a bathtub and not a modern shower cubicle style, which hopefully can renovate a bit to get it upgraded.
It's an excellent place to stay and unwind, with great facilities and a fantastic location—especially its proximity to Phrom Phong Station and the beautiful park right across the street.
Also, the information saying that the bathtub doesn't fill properly is simply incorrect. The water flows very well, and the bathtub fills up quickly.

it was my second time staying in this hotel.
room was still nice but the toilet definitely has room for improvement. water tab is losen. i need to turn about 5 rounds to have good flow of water to come out. shower curtain is a bit uesless too. no matter how you use it, water still soaking the toilet floor.
staff offered a free upgrade, which was a surprise but because in want a balcony so i didn’t accept it.
it locates at phrom phong bts station which is the next one from asok, bet convenient

A very tastefully done hotel with an unbeatable location. Attached to the sky train station, and connected by walkway to Emquartier Mall, which has dozens of restaurants.
The suites are really well done, and very spacious. Service is good and polite. Excellent coffee and tea in the rooms: they provide great coffee pods and TWG tea bags in the room.
Pool is beautiful. There is a park with swings right next door, which was great for our kids. Food ordered via room service was pretty good.
The suite comes with a kitchenette, including a large fridge, microwave, stove and washing machine, which makes it very convenient. Keep in mind that pots, pans and plates are only given in request. Hope the hotel provides some washing machine detergent pods as well. It's a waste of time to have to go buy these on a holiday.
But a great stay all in all.

My wife and I stayed at the Emporium Suites by Chatrium for one night during a business trip, and it exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around.
Upon arrival, the wonderful check-in staff surprised us by upgrading our room type, which was a fantastic and much-appreciated touch. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of high-quality options, and the gym was superb—well-equipped and perfect for a quick workout.
Though it was a short trip, the flawless service and great amenities made it memorable. We will definitely be back!
