This hotel has 5 stars on booking and agoda but it definetely doesnt seem that way. The only benefit is that they have 24h check in. The receptionists dont speak english at all and one of them was not at all nice to us. The breakfast buffet was just dissapointing there was only rice and veggies and watermellon covered with ants. Additionaly, the swimming pool was out of service and the wifi was not working on our floor.
It’s a very very bad hotel it doesn’t worth to spend 5 minutes here the room super dirty and the customer service 0
The hotel has potential and the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was convenient, close to the airport and only a few minutes from the center with shops and restaurants nearby. However, the property feels very poorly maintained. The swimming pool was dirty and unusable, with visible green algae in the water. The lobby sofas were damaged, the massage chairs were broken, and several areas of the hotel looked neglected. The biggest issue for me was the Wi-Fi, which barely worked during my stay. This was very inconvenient. Overall, the hotel could be much better with proper maintenance and attention to detail.
The room is clean and has a lot of space. It’s okay for a quick one-night stay before heading to the airport.
