What can I say? A wonderful hotel! We stayed in a beautiful triple room, which was perfect in terms of space and size, comfortable and well organised. The service and staff were simply superb. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of both sweet and savoury options and a really well-organised selection. The infinity pool overlooking the skyscrapers was also amazing and truly impressive, with a great bar and excellent drinks to enjoy by the pool. The concierge service was extremely helpful and always ready to assist. It was also very convenient to have direct access to the metro from the hotel via one of the hotel floors. In my opinion, the location was in excellent position for getting around, with a 7-Eleven just a few steps away. Overall, a truly fantastic stay. I would absolutely recommend it! See you sooon ✨

We really enjoyed our stay at the Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn and would definitely recommend it as a very good base for exploring Bangkok. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The hotel is right on Sathorn Road and, even better, directly connected to Surasak BTS station by its own walkway. Sathorn Pier on the Chao Phraya is also only about a 10-minute walk away, so getting around the city is very easy. Check-in was quick and friendly. We were given a short introduction to the hotel facilities as well as vouchers for a welcome drink at the lobby bar, which was a nice touch. Our room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The design is not the most modern and you can tell that the hotel is not brand new, but everything was in very good condition and we felt very comfortable. We also had a great view towards the Mahanakhon Tower. The breakfast buffet is huge, with a very wide selection of both hot and cold dishes. Quality is perfectly fine, although this was probably the least impressive part of the stay for us. The breakfast room is very large and can get extremely busy, so the atmosphere feels a little more like a busy canteen than a five-star hotel breakfast. Coffee also comes from self-service machines. With a hotel of this size and this many guests, that is probably hard to avoid, but it is worth knowing if you are expecting a quiet and refined breakfast experience. The real highlight of the hotel is definitely the pool area. It has almost a resort-like feel, with a large infinity pool and fantastic views over Bangkok. On weekends there is a DJ around sunset, which creates a really nice, relaxed club atmosphere without feeling too much like a party hotel. Service around the pool was excellent, the cocktails were genuinely very good and the pizza is also worth ordering. The happy hour in particular is a great deal. While the overall style of the hotel is perhaps not the newest or most design-focused in Bangkok, the rooftop pool really sets it apart. Overall, this is an excellent city hotel with a perfect location and very good value for money. We would happily stay here again.
Absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and pleasant. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, polite, and attentive throughout our stay, which really made a difference. The hospitality was genuinely outstanding, and you could tell that the team actually cared about making guests feel comfortable. The overall experience was excellent, and I have nothing but good things to say about this place.
Great hotel located at the Sathorn district, well connected to many main attractions and shopping centres. There’s a direct way to the BTS train which is very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, rich and fresh. The rooms are nice, good size, beautiful view and very comfortable. The staff are super friendly and attentive. The best thing is the amazing pool on the 14th floor which offers beauty views and tasteful dishes at the restaurant. We had a great stay there!
Fabulous hotel! We have also stayed at Eastin phaya Thai and we prefer this hotel as the staff are a lot lovelier and the rooms slightly better. It is a little smaller than the phaya Thai branch. Lovely lovely staff who recommended loads of activities as we were visiting to see art (Dob, moca, talat noi, riverside). Breakfast is brilliant without feeling overwhelming and the pool is gorgeous at night. The gym is a little small but when we visited in June we didn’t really need to wait long for the machine to be available. One small feedback is that the rooms could have done with a few more usb charging ports. Great location right by the pathway or bts surasak and easy drop off and pickup from lobby by Grab taxis.
