Very satisfied stay. Convenient location: direct access to BTS and Airport train. Not too crowded nor far from city center. Great service: fast interactive App, everyone is smiling and helpful. Fantastic facilities: 24 hour fully equipped gym (thoughtful complimentary fruits, small gesture like this really make a difference), swimming pool till 10pm, 24 hour Executive Lounge, spacious and good room. No complaints. Only two suggestions: breakfast variety at Lounge. Upgrade to smart toilet please.

I stayed at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai last week and had such an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my entire stay. I booked a room with access to the Executive Lounge, which was excellent and definitely worth it. The evening service from 5:30-7:30pm included complimentary food in a buffet-style canapé selection, including sushi and desserts, as well as cocktails, all with fantastic views from the 22nd floor. One of the things that really stood out was how accommodating the staff were on my final day. I had an evening flight and, even after checking out, they kindly allowed me to continue using the beautiful pool area and provided access to a private shower so I could freshen up before my long overnight flight. This was such a thoughtful touch and made the end of my trip much more comfortable. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, with excellent transport connections making it very easy to get around Bangkok. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and 2nd of this vacation. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and we stayed in 2 x 1 bedroom suites. Both rooms were excellent. Spacious and very comfortable for a family of 4. Lounge access provides a peace to have breakfast and drinks. Service was excellent by all staff and I want to provide particular feedback for Shin the hotel guest relations manager. Shin supported is with our 2nd booking and ensured our stay was excellent throughout, she was always warm and welcoming to my family and ensured our stay was truly 5 star. Excellent hotel with excellent staff.

We keep coming back to this hotel and stay here at least twice a year during our travels through Asia. This place continues to impress us every time. The service is extremely good and consistently improves with each visit. During our last stay, we decided to book a suite, which also gave us access to the Executive Lounge. Here you have access to drinks throughout the day, a quieter breakfast setting, and you can also choose to go to the larger breakfast buffet on the 5th floor. Between 17:30 and 19:30, complimentary cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine are served in the lounge, along with a small dinner buffet. The lounge also has its own reception desk where the staff are very helpful and service-oriented. There are swimming pools on the 22nd and 38th floors, and a restaurant on the 22nd floor. The hotel is very easy to reach thanks to the Airport Rail Link, which connects directly to the airport. You can access the hotel via a sky bridge, which is very convenient. We also appreciated the turndown service, where towels were replaced, the bed was prepared, and small touches like chocolates and water were provided. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel because of its great accessibility, excellent service, good facilities, and high-quality breakfast. This remains our favorite hotel in Bangkok, and we will definitely keep coming back.
