We had a really nice stay in the Hotel. The room was super clean and had all comfort you expect from the major brands. Pool and gym are well equipped. The breakfast offers a wide selection. Worth mentioning is the extraordinary service of this Hotel, especially from Jack!!!

A well-maintained, modern and stylish hotel in the heart of vibrant Bangkok. A lovely place to unwind after a day of exploring this exciting city and enjoy the warmth of Thai hospitality. Our Junior Suite was very spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the strawberry daiquiris at the rooftop bar. The consistently friendly and relaxed service from the entire team made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Jack, who arranged a driver for a private excursion tailored to our plans and also took us to our destinations quickly and safely on several occasions using the hotel’s own tuk-tuk. We felt very much at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A lovely, stylish hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that we would happily return to. We leave with some wonderful memories and look forward to seeing you again, Bangkok!

We had a wonderful stay at Dusit D2 Samyan Bangkok and would definitely recommend it! The hotel is modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — lots of great choices, and the coffee was excellent as well. The swimming pool is also lovely, with a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. A very special thank you to Jack, our tuk-tuk driver! He was absolutely fantastic — incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and got where we needed to go. His warm attitude and great service really made a difference and gave us such a positive impression of the hotel. Jack is a real asset to the team, and we were genuinely happy to meet him. Thank you so much, Jack! Overall, a fantastic hotel with great facilities, wonderful service, and thoughtful extras like the tuk-tuk service. We really enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to come back!

A modern and tastefully designed urban oasis located in a quiet area, which is about 10-min walk from MRT Samyan. Breakfast was decent with a good selection of local and international varieties. Coffee (from the machine) was surprisingly amazing. The complimentary shuttle service to major spots and MRT/BTS stations was certainly a highlight of my stay. As I booked directly with the hotel as a Dusit Gold member, my booking came with perks like complimentary breakfast and 1-day BTS pass. Special thanks to Jack for his exceptional service and attentiveness throughout my stay. Overall, I would consider staying at this hotel again as it offers great value for money, although the location is less ideal (the hotel industry is highly competitive in Bangkok). I thought I'd highlight some areas for improvement: • The main lobby was quite stuffy; air-conditioning could be improved to give a better first impression. • As I am a light sleeper, I had made a special request at least 2 weeks prior to my stay (with multiple reminders) for a high-floor, quiet room. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, I was still assigned a low-floor, main-road facing room that was noisy due to poor soundproofing. None of my special requests were accommodated (perhaps I'm not a causasian?) • Bath towels and bedsheets were heavily worn (thin, and some are torn with holes); perhaps it's time for a major refresh and to improve housekeeping.
