We enjoyed a fantastic 3-night stay here and were thrilled to receive a free room upgrade upon arrival! The hotel is spotless, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was delicious with daily hot food variations, and the custom-cooked egg station (omelets, scrambled, fried, or boiled) was a huge plus.
My only issue was the air conditioning layout in the upgraded Deluxe Room—it blew cold air directly toward our heads while in bed. Turning it off wasn't an option due to the heat, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Next time, I would request a room with a different bed and AC configuration, but everything else about the stay was great.
Excellent stay at this hotel in Bangkok! The staff was welcoming and professional from start to finish. A special mention for Dao, the chief of security, who was always attentive and caring, greatly contributing to a real sense of safety and peace of mind throughout the stay. The rooms were comfortable and well located for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel, thank you to the whole team!
Excellent interiors, great buffet breakfast, exceptional service, location is good if you dont want to live near chaos, but no gym at site. You have to do grab to go anywhere. All in all great experience.

Room has mini fridge (unlike other hotels offers minibar which barely cool drinks. Large study table, multiple charging points. locker, top quality washroom, best shower, best customer service (staff is so friendly). I asked for Halal breakfast and they arranged it next day.
Breakfast Buffet
Highlight of the stay. One of the best breakfast Buffet. Fresh eggs counter, fish porridge, pumpkin soup, Mix veggie and egg fried rice were all too good.

Staff was very friendly, and kept my luggage even after checkout while I was arranging transport and shopping.

We are a Spanish couple, and our stay at this hotel has been absolutely amazing. From the very first moment, every member of the staff has been incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile.
We booked a room with breakfast included, and it was definitely the right choice. The breakfast offers a great variety of options, and everything is delicious.
We would especially like to thank DAO, the security guard. He took the time to teach us a few Thai words and even wrote them down for us so we could remember and practice them. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it really reflects the kindness and warmth of the people working at this hotel.
As for the facilities, everything is spotless and very well maintained. Our room is extremely comfortable, and we’ve been sleeping wonderfully every night. The swimming pool is fantastic, with the water at the perfect temperature, and the views of the city from there are simply breathtaking.
The hotel also has a beautiful event hall that is cared for down to the smallest detail. You can really see the effort and dedication that goes into keeping every area of the hotel clean, organized, and in perfect condition.
During our trip, we took a one-week break to visit the islands. The hotel kindly stored the luggage we didn’t need during that time, and when we returned, we were pleasantly surprised to see that they had even carefully wrapped a giant stuffed toy we were traveling with to keep it protected. It’s these little gestures that make all the difference and turn a great stay into an unforgettable one.
Without a doubt, this is a hotel we will return to on our next trip to Thailand. We truly felt at home here, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

The Highlights
World-Class Service: From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Their hospitality is genuine, and they go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
Top-Tier Staff: Every interaction with the team was professional and warm. They really understand what first-class service looks like.
The Swimming Pool: Simply "mega!" The pool area is a standout feature—perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. It offers great vibes and is definitely a highlight of the property.
The Downside
The Air Conditioning: My only minor criticism would be the air conditioning unit in the room. It was quite loud, which might be a bit distracting if you are a light sleeper.
Final Verdict: Despite the noisy AC, the incredible service and the amazing pool make Hotel dePrime a top choice in Bangkok. I would definitely stay here again!
