Checked in to the hotel, and the lady at the reception offered to upgrade my room. The service is professional and the hotel is also located close to the airport. Will recommend.

I had a great stay. The staff at the reception was really helpful. They accommodated my need really well. The room service was delicious.

This hotel is a hidden gem. It's a little far from anything but not too distant from the airport and a great first stop if you are coming from a long flight. It has clean, comfortable rooms and the staff were very friendly and helpful (special mention to Nancy, Anne and Rain). The pool was refreshing and nice and the food was decent and very well priced. I highly recommend this place, especially for the price and hope you have just as nice of a stay as i managed to have.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. No complaints at all, great room, pool and grounds were very nice. Food was lovely but the service was fantastic nothing seemed to be to much and the staff were the friendliest that I had met in our 5 weeks. Special praise to the young lad (17 years old in the restaurant) I mentioned to the hotel manager how good he was for the business. Praise where praise is due having been in the service industry. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel looks really nice, and the price was very reasonable for the quality offered. Our family room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool had a great view, although we didn’t get a chance to use it. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, including vegetarian options, which was important and appreciated by us as Muslims. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the reception team on both the morning and night shifts. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would recommend this hotel.
