Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park By Ihg

We had an amazing 3 night stay at Crowne Plaza! The location was perfect, near to BTS, walking distance to the Central Park Mall with lots of food and shopping options. Next to Crowne Plaza is Silom Edge, which has a Let's Relax and varied food options and connected to Central Park via the bridge. We had 2 rooms for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids with access to the club lounge. We were assigned spacious connecting rooms which were so helpful especially with 3 kids! My request to add on the extra bed was also arranged before we checked-in. Thank you to the team for also arranging the birthday decor and birthday cake! We had breakfast every day at the restaurant and loved the variety of food and egg options as well as the attentive staff. We cannot get enough of the afternoon Tea and Evening cocktail that was at the Club Lounge too. 😋 The team at the Club Lounge was also forever helpful and attentive especially to my kids. Thank you Candi, Ben, Kathy, Nana, Daisy and Ken.

The hotel might appear slightly dated, but don't let the appearance fools you because they had embarked on a renovation two years ago and the result is superb! The moment you step into this establishment, you'd be greeted by the friendly concierge staff who will lead you to the lobby on higher floor (23rd floor). The receptionists are friendly, accommodating and efficient. The room is spacious and offers great city view. Soundproofing is definitely top-notch as one cannot hear any noise coming from traffic and BTS. The bed and pillows are very comfortable to sleep on. The amenities in the room are meticulously arranged. Housekeeping supervisor and staff are very courteous. Panorama restaurant definitely has the best staff and chefs! Very attentive service paired with phenomenal local, Japanese, Chinese, Indian and Western cuisines for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The seminar rooms for MICE activities are comfortable and well-prepared by the hotel staff. Stationeries, seating and tableware arrangement definitely deserve a praise! The staff at gym and swimming pool is friendly too. The pool is medium-sized but good enough for a quick swim or dip. Not forgetting, this amazing hotel sits at one of the prime locations in Bangkok - MRT, BTS, shopping malls, eateries, park - all within walking distances! Never a disappointing moment at this 5-star hotel!

I had a decent stay here. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained for their age, making it an ok place to relax after a busy day exploring Bangkok. The bar is also a highlight, with excellent drinks and a great atmosphere for unwinding in the evening. The location is convenient, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Bangkok!

★★★★★ Outstanding Two-Week Stay at Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumphini Park We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumphini Park for two weeks, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The breakfast and Executive Lounge staff consistently provided exceptional, warm, and attentive service. We are vegan, and the chefs graciously prepared delicious vegan meals for us each day, which we greatly appreciated. I am barefoot for religious reasons, and—as I have experienced at IHG properties around the world—I was welcomed with open arms and treated with genuine kindness and respect. Our rooms were exceptionally clean, and the complimentary drinking water supplied daily was a wonderful touch. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air-conditioning was wonderfully ice-cold, making for fantastic sleeping. Because the guest rooms are located on the higher floors, they feel peaceful and protected from the constant roar and energy of Bangkok below. The location may truly be the best in the city. Lumphini Park is directly across the street, which was perfect for me as a runner. Two major public transportation stations are also literally just a short walk from the hotel, making it incredibly easy to explore Bangkok. After spending two full weeks here, we can confidently say that the outstanding staff, comfortable rooms, excellent vegan accommodations, peaceful atmosphere, and unbeatable location made this a true five-star experience.
