A decent hotel with good location - only 5 minutes walk to BTS, 7/11, lotus, local restaurants and bars. Good facilities like pool, gym, spa, onsen, and billiards table. Breakfast is rich. The room is cozy and quiet. The price is reasonable for the service.
The hotel is in a convenient location, just a 6–8 minute walk from the BTS station. Nearby, you'll find a 7-Eleven, massage shops, a supermarket, and a hidden, photo-worthy cafe. The room is simple, clean, and comes with a balcony. The only thing I didn't like was having a urinal in the bathroom. The hotel has an on-site spa, and I thought the masseuse was great (though pressure preferences vary from person to person). Since the prices were reasonable, I enjoyed a session two days in a row, which really helped melt away my fatigue. The breakfast variety is okay, though it might fall a bit short if you're looking for something extravagant. The front desk staff were all very nice, especially PP, who attentively helped with various bookings and requests. The room rates are also very reasonable, making this an overall great hotel. It will definitely be my top choice when I visit Thailand again!
This hotel is good! The hotel staff are very friendly. I am very grateful to meet Mind, Yok and Noey! They are very nice and have helped us a lot. Besides, the environment also very confident, there were gym room and swimming pool here. At the last, the most important is there are nearby the 7-11 and also some bar or restaurant ! You can just buy ur suppers from 7-11, it is very convenient.
The studio type room was nice. It has its own kitchen, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. My only concern about the room is the noisy AC. I hope the management consider investing in fixing their AC units. The front desk employees are also nice. The location is quiet and it was near the green line train (On-nut station) There are nearby cozy cafes, mall and 7-eleven.
We had a fantastic stay at Cross Vibe Bangkok Sukhumvit. The staff were excellent across all departments—check-in, housekeeping, and breakfast service. The hotel was spotless throughout. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk to On Nut station, with 7-Eleven, Lotus, Big C, Thai massage spots, and night markets all nearby. The highlight was the onsen and swimming pool—perfect for unwinding after a hot day in Bangkok. On our last day, the hotel kindly allowed us a late stay at no extra cost, and we could still use the facilities. A perfect way to end our holiday.
