Very disappointing experience. I had already fully paid for my booking through Booking.com, but the hotel still demanded a deposit without clearly explaining why. What was even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. They were extremely rude, unfriendly, and showed very poor manners from the moment I arrived. I expected basic respect and professional service, but unfortunately, I did not receive it. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The staff are polite and helpful. However, the lady at the reception is very arrogant in her behavior and communication. She speaks in an unprofessional and discourteous manner, which creates a negative experience for customers. I hope the management will address this issue and improve the quality of customer service at the reception.
They must be given training on basic etiquettes on the topic "How to deal with tourists" 1. On checkout day they refused to give water bottle 2. They don't even have door bell. 3. They don't care your privacy, they enter to your room without your permission. We had gone for breakfast and they unlocked our door without our permission for cleaning. 4. They go by their own rules 5. In our 4d5n stay they had served same breakfast. 6. They don't even greet you while checking and checkout. 7. While checking they only know one thing to take security of 500 TBH as security and don't even offer a glass of water. 8.Travel agents should black list this hotel
My Fiancée and I loved this hotel and location. It's within walking distance of BTS, to be precise the Punnawithi E11 stop as well as a 7/11 that's fairly huge for all yours and hers needs and wants: drinks, snacks, personal hygiene, etc... only downside about 7/11 is the 200 baht minimum. For the room, we were supposed to get two beds and was upgraded for free to a bigger bed as we were there for several nights. It was spacious, had a kitchen sink and a long counter. The TV sucked, we couldn't put our phones screens on the TV so we never use it for Netflix or anime, etc. Now, not sure if all rooms but ours had a door with a weird bolt lock on our side of it and I believe it could access the room next door so we just jammed a chair into the lock and pried it against the door just in case. On that note, if someone is making love or if you're making love and the men/women are loud then hehe. The bathroom, floor slippery when wet. Put a small towel down. Room service daily, ours kind of knew when we were up and getting ready to leave for some reason. 😅 They were good though and when there was a lot of anys they took care of it. We didn't care but you could smell the spray a bit but they probably wasnt expecting us to return so quickly as we had decided 9n an all day 7/11 snack and lunch day and jist relaxed in the room. It was cool though. We're very understanding. Again, BTS is extremely close and you're stop E11. We still went to Soi Cowboy, Nana, as well as Siam and many other places that also need the Blue line and MRT lines so this hotel is in a great location. Oh, to note you can get all day BTS Passes at Terminal 21. It is inside Terminal 21 and if I remember correctly it is above the H&M store and is a yellow travel place near parking garage.
Location is absolutely the best, specially if you are using BTS. The nearest BTS station is although a bit far from the main attractions. The rooms, however are not good at all. There were so many ants and insects in the room. So much that they went inside our bags. We asked house keeping staff to clean, yet we faced too much issue. Wifi is just too bad. The speed is nice, but it gets disconnected every 10 minutes and you need to wait again for like half an hour to get the connection back. And you need to sign in every time to get the wifi access, so its a tedious thing to do that every 10 minutes. If you book online and want to upgrade your room during check in, they are gonna charge unnecessary extra amount per night (around 200 baht per night as additional charges + room rate difference) Their cafe closes by 9pm, that’s tooo early, and you can’t even get coffee. You gotta pay 100 baht deposit if you want a plate to eat food that you have brought from outside. Thats just rubbish according to me. If you go to the nearest 7 eleven, you realize that its is an absolute waste, and then you need to walk to the one that’s a bit far. This happened with almost every guest. The new building is nice, but somehow looks creepy. The old building is ok. I would stay only if I’m on budget, but 100% skip this one if i am not.
