The young lady with the glasses was very friendly and helpful always smiling. Location is good. Big rooms. However soundproofing is not the best. I could hear a lot of banging from all directions. Inconsiderate neighbour banged on the wall. You can hear your neighbour use the tap , close the sliding door etc if they’re inconsiderate. Would be nice if they added some cushioning on the doors to muffle the noise as they do make a loud bang when closing. Can hear people doing stuff in the kitchen area and closing their front doors at all times.

A very special thank you to Tee, Yam, and especially Feem for their exceptional hospitality and kindness. We had originally been assigned rooms on different floors, but Feem went above and beyond to rearrange our rooms so that our family could stay next to each other. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made a significant difference to our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee available in the lobby until 6:00 PM, as well as the different herbal drink served each day. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly welcomed and at home. Another great advantage is the hotel’s excellent location, just a short walk from the BTS station, making it very convenient to explore Bangkok. Our experience has been so positive that we decided to extend our stay until August, which speaks volumes about the outstanding service, comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality we have received. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again in the future.

Spent around a long time in this hotel, felt like home as it's an apartment. Which the staff is immaculate very smiley, attentive,kind and humble, I would like to mention a special thanks to the front office team during the day and evenings are very helpful and sort all your queries within no time. They are very organized and particular. The maintenance team both of them are very good at their work and the security team always greeting both the morning and night person. Also a special Mention to TEE from the housekeeping team she is flawless with her work in hk, attention to detail, everything cleant within the specified time and very punctual. 30 mins says the front office team everytime you call for your clean. That's is so professional! Thanks TEE from HK your a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!! And thank you to TEE from the front desk team who gave us a extra perk post our request as we stayed for a long period of time. I wish I remembered all your names I would have mentioned!! A must stay apartment hotel for long staying guests. Trust me you can blindly book this place. It has washing, drying swimming pool, gym and water cooler to fill your daily water on the top floor.
