Citadines Sukhumvit 11 Bangkok

We had a fantastic stay in the Executive Studio! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the cooking utensils we needed. I especially loved the shower gel and shampoo—the scent reminded me so much of Ascot Hotel Jakarta, which makes sense since they are under the same management! Another huge plus was the free tuk-tuk shuttle service provided by the hotel. Location-wise, it’s super close to Nana Street, which is a very lively and vibrant area, though it can get quite busy and jammed with traffic at certain hours. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Citadines Sukhumvit 11 during our Bangkok vacation. The location is definitely one of the best things about the property — very convenient for getting around, with restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and transportation nearby. The room was decent and served its purpose, but overall I would rate the accommodations as average. Service was also okay, although there was room for improvement in consistency and attentiveness. Overall, it was a convenient place to stay if your priority is being in the middle of the Sukhumvit area and having easy access to Bangkok. I’d give the overall experience 3 out of 5 stars.

For the price paid, this is a very serviceable hotel. Positives: - Nice room, spacious, well equipped, daily servicing, drinking water, good shower, small kitchen, effective air con. - The front desk staff are kind, smiley and always willing to help with things within their power. - Easy walk to Nana BTS, Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, Terminal 21 and local eateries. - The bed was really hard, but that's not unusual in South and Southeast Asia. We slept well, regardless, and the sheets & pillowcases were of a decent quality. Negatives: - We specifically asked for a non smoking room, but it smelled like an overloaded, day-old ashtray throughout our entire stay. We advised the front desk and room attendant, but there's not much they can do unless they were to replace all the soft furnishings, and then gut and repaint the room. - The breakfast buffet isn't soectacular. Eggs to order, toast and a few curries. Better to eat elsewhere. - The TV's are locked against casting, so unless you're okay watching a movie/youtube on your laptop, then you're stuck with basic cable. That all said, everything was fine, except for the cigarette smoke. If this property could be converted to a strictly smoke free property, it would be a great place to stay.

Citadines Sukhumvit – Great Location for Exploring Bangkok Citadines Sukhumvit is an excellent choice if you want to stay right in the heart of Bangkok's vibrant nightlife and dining scene. The hotel enjoys a fantastic location on one of Sukhumvit's happening streets, surrounded by countless bars, cafés, and restaurants, including several good Indian restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. The staff are courteous and helpful, adding to the overall experience. The rooftop swimming pool is quite small, so it's more suitable for a quick dip than a leisurely swim. Breakfast is decent but definitely has room for improvement, both in terms of variety and quality. They offer free tok-tok till evening from hotel to Nana bts station and back. Also complimentary coffee vending machine at the lobby is quite refresing. Being in such a lively area, there is some noise from the surrounding bars and nightlife late into the night. However, with the windows closed, it is generally manageable and shouldn't be a major concern for most travellers. Overall, if your priority is a central location with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and public transport, Citadines Sukhumvit offers very good value for money.
