It's a 4 star hotel, but I'm surprised because it really should be a 5 star hotel because it's better than another 5 star hotel I recently stayed at.
Extra features of this hotel, that stand out.
- Universal travel power socket and full master lighting control next to both sides of the bed.
- high quality amenities: bath robe, slippers, toiletries, body lotion, bath salts.
- directly next to shopping mall and 200m walk from second shopping mall, city park.
I've stayed here before exactly one year ago and it looks like things have only improved. I will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Ayutthaya.
Best Hotel in Ayutthaya by far! Worth the extra few dollars for a great stay.
Check-in was friendly, but the booking system itself may be slow. I had requested a room on a high floor. After 5 minutes on her computer, the Agent said I was booked on the 10th floor, but would I like a room on the 14th floor. Said yes, then after another 5 minutes on her computer, she hands me keys for a room on the 10th floor. Made me laugh! 🤣
Booked a king premier room. Was impressed with the size and cleanliness, being a corner room the views were impressive. Even though one side faces a major road, I couldn't hear traffic at all. Bed was super comfortable! Daily cleaning was excellent, everything replenished including water and coffee supplies.
Daily buffet breakfast had plenty of choices, only con was many of the hot items were only warm, sometimes cold. I think it could be better with fewer selections and more focus on freshness.
Checkout was quick and seamless. Would stay here again anytime in Ayutthaya.
Quite basic hotel. The standard deluxe rooms are very basic, with painted walls and sparse furniture. The design is very style over function. Expect to find some strange things such as the sink is not in the bathroom. It's actually in the room. The toilet is separate to the bathroom with a glass door. The shower room is separate to that room there is no mirror in the bathroom. If you want to brush your teeth, you have to do it in the room because the sink and the mirror are in the room which, honestly, is just strange and unnecessary. Early risers will be disappointed to find out you cannot get coffee from downstairs until 7 am. All in all a very basic hotel with rooms that were designed by crazy people. The best thing about the hotel is that it's connected to the excellent "central" shopping mall

The room was comfortable with a nice view, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight — delicious with a wide variety of choices. The service was also very welcoming and made the stay feel pleasant.
The rooftop pool is quite small, but still a nice spot to relax.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great breakfast and warm service. Would happily come back!

The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Waking up to such a beautiful view made the whole trip even more relaxing.
What impressed me the most was the hospitality. Every staff member was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thanks to the reception officer for her kindness and professionalism—she made check-in smooth and made me feel valued from the very beginning.
Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I truly had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Centara to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service.
