A great hotel with AMAZING staff! We stay here everytime we come to Bangkok and for a good reason. From the consistent warm and secure welcome you get from Khun A when you arrive, to the professionalism from Khun Chern at reception, to the friendliest service from Khun Kaang at the pool restaurant, just to name a few. Everyone makes sure our stay is always memorable. It also shows just how well the hotel is managed, as the managers are always around. Needless to say we will be back...again and again!

I really want to give this hotel five stars because of how attentive the housekeepers were but I can't. When we got here, the bed sheets had a stain, the floors were sticky and there was food on the floor near the refrigerator. The housekeepers cleaned it immediately and that was great. But right after the couch broke, the air filter had to be replaced (the room was musty and the temperature display said "time to replace filter") and the light bulb in our bathroom went out. I don't think they do regular maintenance of the rooms before they are rented out. Also, there is no sound proofing in the walls. We could hear every sound from upstairs, downstairs and outside. All that can be forgiven though...if not for the linens. My husband and I both got full body rashes for the linens. I have one that I'm still treating with medicine from the pharmacy that has persisted on my neck. We got our linens changed three times there and each time we got itchy and developed rashes. I'm not sure what detergent they used or if the mattress itself had issues but yeah, we won't be staying here again. The staff was extremely helpful though. And the room layout was beautiful. We just didn't have the best experience.
We stayed one night and booked two rooms because of nearby hospital appointments. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Check-in was smooth, the staff were friendly, and the security staff were helpful in directing us where to park. We requested connecting rooms and were told they were available. However, the rooms were simply adjacent, not truly connecting with an interior door. It worked out for us, but if you specifically need connecting rooms, I’d recommend confirming exactly what that means before your stay. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was unique, flavorful, and well presented. We had both a late lunch and dinner there, and everything we ordered was excellent. My only other disappointment was that coffee wasn’t available until 11:00 a.m. It seemed unusual for a hotel with such good coffee to not offer it in the morning. Despite those two minor issues, we had a great stay and would happily return.
One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at in the Pinklao area - I have extended family in the area but need space / quiet to work evenings. Just across the bridge from Khao San and a (relatively) quieter area of BKK. Still a lot to do in the area, I plan to check out the nearby Indy Market during my stay. Property looks nice and even the standard rooms are fairly spacious. The pool is decent size and is a nice plus for families w/ kids. Room AC is strong and the rooms cools down quickly. Bed is comfortable and I slept well. My only complaint is mosquitoes - it’s not terrible, but there are a few floating around. Not much can be done about this. This is BKK and it is a low rise building. Edit: After further investigation there is a small gap at the bottom of the door where mosquitoes can enter. No problem changing rooms and the new room did not have this problem.
Hotel was beautiful, pool was stunning. Very quiet and lovely views of the city from the main floor where the pool was located. Rooms were clean and modern, the beds were comfy and the bathroom had large soap and shampoo provided. Staff were really friendly and approachable. We had breakfast included which was phenomenal with plenty of choice, buffet and menu ordering available. We had dinner there the first night we arrived which was equally delicious and very well priced. Location was good but Bangkok is such a big city that most things were a bolt/grab ride away. Luckily these didn’t cost too much so it wasn’t an issue, drivers usually arrived within a couple of minutes. Unfortunately we were only here for 3 days but would absolutely stay again. Thanks so much! Britney and Joshua
