Had a really good stay at this hotel. The location is excellent close to shopping areas, tourist attractions, and just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel service was exceptional throughout our stay. Breakfast selections were fresh, delicious, and had a nice variety. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Booked this hotel for my stay in Thailand. Location. Located off the main axis of the shopping districts. With shops and convenience store within walking distance. Service. The service provided by the hotel staff was excellent, have a feeling of being at home when arriving and leaving the hotel, as well as entering and exiting in between. Food. There a Italian restaurant within the hotel, and able to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. For hotel breakfast, the choice is limited, but still fulfilling for us. Room. Spacious for movement around. The room has a lounge and sleeping area. Bed is of a firmer side, but we find it comfortable and have a good rest every night. Wardrobe space is plenty for us, as we pack light for the trip. Should u pack more stuff, do consider bringing additional hangers. There is basic kitchen and washing machine in the room, so daily laundry and light cooking is fine. There is only one air con outlet for the whole room, which is powerful consider the room space. If u want a quieter air con at night, do adjust the fan speed and temperature set between 23-25. The air conditioning unit is just beside the bed, so there will be abit of noise when the fan is on, which u can hear it at night. Extension plugs and adapters. They can be requested at the front desk. It is recommended to request when checking in at the front desk, saving the trip to come back down and ask for them.

Great location — short walk to Lumphini Park, Chit Lom BTS, and major shopping. Rooms (especially the suites) feel more like a serviced apartment than a hotel: spacious, clean, with a useful kitchenette and washing machine in larger units. Staff are friendly and efficient, and the pool and gym are quiet and well-kept. Excellent value for the space and convenience, particularly for longer stays. Minor constructive notes: some fixtures could use a refresh, a dryer would be a welcome addition, and breakfast gets busy at peak times. Overall, a comfortable, practical base in a prime area. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day with almost every thing you need. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting.
