We only stayed here for 1 night but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Cute little hotel with lots of vendors and restaurants near by and within walking distance. The staff were lovely and very helpful! Thank you

Khaosan road is an awful tourist trap street where you’ll get badly heckled every single time you’re trying to come back into the hotel. The rooms are fine but the service overall at this hotel is some of the worst and unwelcoming I’ve experienced in Thailand, the cleaners are lovely but check in was very awkward and not pleasant. You can use the pool but it closes at 8 and they made me throw out my Coke Zero in hopes they could make some money off me I guess? Not near any useful public transport you’ll have to get grabs and taxis everywhere. I really wish I stayed somewhere else in Bangkok for the same price :(

Been coming here for years and never had any problems. I find most of the staff, specially the reception staff, extremely helpful and nice, always. The very strange thing that happened to me last week was at the pool. I was flying back to Europe in the evening and didn't want to take my wet swim wear with me, so decided to just take them off, of course wearing a towel around me. I wanted to throw them in the rubbish bin since I didn't need them anymoore. When I was doing that, taking off my wet swimwear from under my towel, the staff came to me and asked me not to pee there, to use the place as a toilet...... This happened just outside the pool area since I didn't want to do it in front of all the men in the pool... Just in case my towel would drop.... I was shocked... She really thought I'm gonna use the place as a toilet ? When I already used the toilet and very well knew there's a nice new toilet there... Unbelivable... I think it's better to ask the customer : What are you doing ? In case you have strange thoughts like this.... And instead of starting to accuse them of something so weird.... This is not customer service....

On the booking.com it says that it is 4 star hotel, but it doesn’t even deserve 3 stars… the only good thing is location, but the rest is really bad. Some of the staff seemed unfriendly, there is no restaurant in the hotel, but there is a club in the same building, which doesn’t let you sleep at night. The windows and doors have no noice cancellation, we were also given connecting room and we could hear neighbours like there was no door at all. Even the pool was really dirty, with some white unknown stuff floating in it.
