This hotel is total scam. They said 900 for Two single bed or 1 king bed, so we booked. But when we arrived, they said they only have two single beds. And we said we want to upgrade, they ask for 1000 baht more. The junior suite is just 1,200 baht. We already paid 900 baht and they ask for more 1000 baht. This is total scamming.
Not recommended at all.
Stayed as attending BITEC which is a 5min walk away, had a 2 bedroom suite for one night, beds very confortable, aircon good, hotel clean, wifi ok and pool is small to medium and quite cool as its under cover, really good value for money for a short stay.
I had a wonderful stay at Brighton Hotel. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spacious, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well.
The location is also convenient, making it easy to travel around the city. The food was delicious, and the service in the restaurant was excellent. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and felt very satisfied.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. I will definitely come back again in the future!
I had a wonderful stay at Brighton Hotel. The property is exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable throughout. The rooms are well-maintained and create a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile.
I genuinely enjoyed my experience here and would absolutely love to stay again on my next visit. Highly recommended!
Location is not good at all, nothing to do around it.
Rooms needs to be better maintained, AC remote that doesn't work, fridge that does not fridge, shower with no separation from the toilet, so when you take a shower, everything around gets covered with water. Wifi in the room was not stable at all, and often disconnected. The service was very good, and the breakfast was very good with lots of selections.
