Everything was great, room was very quiet, air con was quiet. had a good sleep. Service manager at main lobby goes out of his way to be customer orientated. However, i don't consider Best Western a budget hotel, so was a bit surprise the bathroom does not come with rain shower, however it is clean and spacious.

My wife and I stayed here for one night over the Mother’s Day holiday. I did my due diligence before booking and was pleased that all three of my requests—a large bed, a quiet room, and a room away from the elevator—were accommodated. I understand requests aren't guarantees, so I appreciated the effort. Check-in was mostly smooth. There was some initial confusion because I use a Thai pink ID card rather than a passport, but the staff accepted it without issue and provided the two room cards I requested. The room was spacious (around 30 sq. m.), clean, and professionally laid out. It does show some age, although my wife didn't feel that it did. The comforter had a small tear, and the bed was fairly firm, but neither was a significant concern given the hotel's age and price. The location is excellent—only about 300 meters from the MRT and within easy walking distance of Central. Breakfast was good, and my wife thought the Thai dishes were quite decent. As a bigger person, I especially appreciated the large, comfortable breakfast chairs without armrests. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was nicely spacious. My only real caution is the parking garage, which is quite tight with steep ramps and sharp 90-degree turns. I drive a Toyota Corolla Cross and managed fine, but larger vehicles may require extra care. Overall, we were happy with our stay and felt it was good value for the price. We would happily stay here again.
The service at this hotel was good, with friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. The location is fairly convenient depending on what you need — there’s a large shopping mall nearby and a metro station within reach, though it’s quite far from the city center. If you’re looking to stay in this particular area, it works well. On the downside, the rooms feel dated and the bed linens were noticeably old and due for replacement. That said, the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The biggest issue was the water — it was very hard to regulate the hot and cold, which was a real drawback.
This is not the first time I’m staying here, staffs are good, friendly and supportive, but this time the room is pretty weird. 1. The fridge is broken, and also missing a shelf inside it. 2. We’ve booked for 3 people, aside of water bottles, water glasses, coffee mugs, and towels, all toiletries are provided just for 1 person. 3. There’s water fulled in a kettle. 4. The toilet left sth yellowish inside like some did their business but forgot to flush it down properly. 5. The wallpaper popped out a bit. 6. A light in a wardrobe is blinking like it’s almost die. 7. Some of the tiles in the bathroom look like they're about to fall out of place. 8. Some towels having a pale red spots on. It’s not a super expensive hotel, I am truly understand if sth would be not perfect. But we paid for like 5,000 thb just for 2 nights, I think we have rights to have better. Not to mention that this is a price with discount, imagine for someone pay the normal price 💀
We recently stayed here with a few students for a Robotics Competition nearby. They were very accommodating and understood that we would need our rooms to be on the same corridor. They were also very generous with their space, we needed a communal space to practice. Many hotels might have moved us on immediately, they waited and gave our students time to prove they are respectful. I realise this review is not that useful for holiday makers, but my point is that the staff are friendly, thoughtful, and considerate. The amenities and breakfast were excellent too.
